That's it now. I've never been to this hotel. I don't want to and can't judge it myself. But all these busybodies who complain about the hotel allowing itself to make funny reviews about guests should take a look at their own noses. These are exactly the people who constantly write bad reviews on the Internet and don't say anything good about the restaurant because it is a “service provider”. Reviews are written in there that everyone has to put up with. The hotel has the right to comment on this (no matter in what form). I find it increasingly outrageous how some people talk about expectations and reality. Everyone should think about how damaging this is to business. Then no one wants to know anything about it anymore. People complain about everything. Small narrow room. Bad breakfast, wrong time. Too bad for the price. Then everyone stay at home and leave the people in the restaurants alone. You don't have to go anywhere, just keep your mouth shut. And I tell the hotel to keep it up.

I also think that guests are not always allowed to do everything. And especially in this day and age with a shortage of staff on every corner (and yes, I know from experience in the catering industry too) everyone has to be considerate. Many people don't want to do the job anymore, which I personally think is a shame because it can be a really nice job with friendly guests. Then the waitress is usually always friendly 😊Everything can be talked about, but not condescendingly. Employees in the catering industry are just as people as those who have any “important” meetings, please don’t forget that

Anyone who gives negative reviews here without having been there themselves clearly has no meaning in their own life. It might also hurt to have a mirror held up to you through a social media post. I see this with humor and anyone who feels personally attacked is very likely to behave like the unnamed guest. Fortunately, not everyone in the world is stupid and the hotel will survive. ♥️ Service and staff are top by the way. If you need breakfast at 6:30 a.m., you can perhaps have it at a nearby bakery on the way to the meeting. 🤷🏼‍♀️
