I thought the room was good, unfortunately the TV was positioned quite awkwardly. I like to watch TV to fall asleep and that wasn't possible from bed.A balcony is also available.It was very quiet, at least by my standards.Unfortunately there was no internet but I think they are working on that.The food there is good and the breakfast is simple.The location is a bit inconvenient and from the outside and everything around it doesn't look like anything.But that's not true

Bad and expensive! The hotel is getting old, and care and maintenance sometimes leave a lot to be desired. In keeping with the government's wishes, the heating doesn't work. In the transitional period, the thick sweater is popular. The food is not served but thrown away, and the Coca-Cola that the owner spilled was not refilled. There were some insulting comments and my friend had to justify that she was a vegetarian. We then ordered fried potatoes, which tasted quite good. When asked for some remoulade sauce, there was only an angry no. Small portion big price. 2 times + 2 drinks of cola and a non-alcoholic beer = €36. Afterwards I ate a kebab in the neighboring town. There are enough friendly accommodations, cafes and restaurants in the area that we will use next time.

The hotel is in a small town about 15 minutes from the highway. Staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast delicious.

Very unfriendly reception!The reservation was for December 26th. booked, but the hotel is on December 25th. written down. When it was pointed out that there was a mistake on the part of the hotel, the staff became very unfriendly and in the background they just shouted that this was completely wrong and that the hotel owner was sure it was the other day. Double rooms were also booked, but in all rooms only half of the bed was made up. So the notice was given again and here too there was no insight from the hotel.When we checked in, we weren't given a time to check out, instead we knocked on the door in the morning and said that we should please check out in 10 minutes and asked whether we understood that.It was agreed in advance who would pay the costs, as we were here for a family celebration and should be paid for together. When the first guests wanted to leave the hotel, they were very rudely asked to pay for their room because they couldn't just leave.When we went back to the hotel to clarify the whole thing, we were shouted at and insulted.These non-existent people skills should not be used in the hotel industry, especially since the focus here is on customer wishes and satisfaction.I cannot recommend this hotel and would definitely not book a room here again.Besides, I don't want to support such a service.The rooms were OK, but the price-performance ratio is not satisfactory.The service was a disaster.

Unfortunately you can't give 0 stars. Very unfriendly reception. Apparently they had forgotten that we had agreed over the phone that we would arrive a little earlier. We then experienced this unkindly. Rooms are clean but in need of renovation. Breakfast cost 16 euros for two people and we only had rolls with two bowls of jam. No sausage, cheese or anything like that. Not recommended at all for 100 euros a night!!
