The small town is a bit hidden...but idyllic...with lots of nature...The rooms are small and nice...modern with everything you need...we'll try breakfast right away...It was only more or less 1 night after an event. But nice... and we would book it again.

Perfect for an overnight stayThis B&B resort is something different. A small, well-maintained complex with free parking and several detached residential units. The rooms are air conditioned with bedroom and shower. We arrived in the evening and check-in worked perfectly without on-site staff. The resort is located near the A7 in absolute peace. The tips for going out in the rooms are particularly helpful. In the evening we drove to Dinkelsbühl for dinner at the Meiser Lounge in the old town. Travel time 15 minutes. Should definitely be included in the tips.In the morning you can have a cheap breakfast in the resort in a pleasant atmosphere. There we also met the very warm operating family. Payment is made in person on site.Conclusion: a modern, quiet, family-run resort that is ideal for an overnight stay. Good value for money. 106 euros including breakfast.

The stay was very pleasant. The rooms were immaculately clean. The duvets were not typical hotel ones but rather soft, comfortable covers.The Lins are a super nice couple. You can tell that they care about the well-being of their guests. We felt very comfortable

Despite the fact that we booked at very short notice by phone for various reasons and arrived relatively late, the service was super friendly! The rooms are brand new and well equipped. The location close to the A7 is very suitable for stopovers on long journeys. We will definitely come here again if the opportunity arises!

Definitely a place to return without a shadow of a doubt. The place is new (February 2024), surrounded by greenery and absolute peace. The rooms are spacious and clean and the fact that they are bungalow type also offer a certain privacy.The breakfast is more than fine but above all the owners are disarmingly helpful, they helped me with a problem I had with the car and considering it was our first stop I can say that they saved our holidays. A place that we will definitely return to if we still have to stop in the area....there is no point in looking for anything else, here you have everything you need to disconnect and feel good.Thanks from Marco, Greta and Arya.

Super nice operators, every wish is fulfilled immediately. Very tasty breakfast. Rooms tasteful, and perfect cleanliness. A bit remote, but also pleasantly quiet. We are thrilled and would love to come back.

A nice, well-kept and clean hotel. The staff very helpful and very friendly.The breakfast is really great.The entire complex and the apartments are very well maintained and quiet. It is very well located in terms of traffic, but there is no traffic (neither visually nor acoustically). There are enough parking spaces in the complex.You have your own terrace, there are beer and snack machines, and there is also a barbecue area with a grillI would like to thank you here

Loved staying at Lins B&B, in fact it felt like we couldn't have found a better place for our needs. We travelled as a large dog-sport team group, 10 of us occupied 7 of the pod rooms, with 12 dogs between us, so we might have been 'trying' customers. Yet, the owners were incredibly friendly and helpful and made us extremely welcome. Plenty of car/bike parking space. Breakfast was fresh, had a wide selection and was delicious and the rooms were very clean and had great quality furnishings. Good bathrooms with excellent showers and great A/C. The breakfast room and shared spaces are great too. Olly the owner even gave us free access to his excellent large BBQ which was a great treat when we were such a big group.Yes, it's a bit off the beaten track, but it was perfectly located for our needs (our competition was held in Crailsheim), and admittedly one night of heavy rains was loud on the thin rooftops (which I personally liked), but these are the only drawbacks I can think of. Not all rooms had refrigerators which may be an issue for some customers.All in all, it was great stay and if we're ever in the region again I would definitely consider staying here again.

Yesterday we spent a night on the way back at the Lins Resort, we are simply thrilled, this resort has a lot of style and is very tastefully decorated. The breakfast was very tasty and you could even have fresh egg dishes prepared. This resort could even be given 4 stars. The hosts are super nice. We would like to thank you very much

A completely different accommodation concept. We really liked it 😊 ... Really inexpensive in comparison and still modern, smart and very clean. In addition, very nice staff and a very decent breakfast, what more could you want.

Beautiful accommodation with private terrace! Good bed. Nice bathroom and a delicious breakfast in the morning. Unfortunately, the rooms are noisy. A very good location for one or two nights. Sufficient and spacious parking.

We slept here on the way back from our holiday, and that was a very good choice.The owner and eijnaarres were also super nice, even our dog was their best friend.So simply great!
