Were there with the school class. The rooms were simple but sufficient for a school class. The owners of the youth hostel were very rude and you always got a nasty answer to a polite question. The food was catastrophically bad and sometimes even inedible, so you had to eat salad. In addition, the owners were very bad at talking to every little rumbler and very annoyed, which can happen with 12 year old children. One of our students gave a negative but factual opinion which was then immediately shown to us. We were threatened with this if it wasn't deleted we would be thrown out. There is one positive thing, the city of Dinkelsbühl is incredibly beautiful.

We spent two nights here and really enjoyed it. Dinkelsbühl is simply beautiful. The location of the youth hostel is ideal. We saw the city walls from the window, which our son really liked.

The hostel was beautiful and very clean. The staff very friendly and helpful. I found the breakfast very tasty, there were also many vegan options, as well as gluten-free. The only point of criticism is that it is very hot in the rooms.Nevertheless, I would like to come back!

Very, very nice youth hostel with clean rooms, very nice staff and a very central location. The breakfast and the play area for the children were also good.We'd love to come back.

Great DJH. Modern and beautifully furnished. Great location. Bicycle garage including eBike charging in the yard. Centrally located - just a 5 minute walk to the center. Nice breakfast room. Water dispenser (still and carbonated) available free of charge 24/7.Free parking spaces outside the city walls are available. But it takes about 5 minutes walk to get connected.

Very nice and modern youth hostel in old walls, the cleanliness was also good.Since we were there for six nights, it would have been nice if the breakfast had been a little more varied (only on public holidays were there small croissants, otherwise always identical). Unfortunately, the coffee from the machine still has a lot of room for improvement, so we became tea drinkers here.Due to the lack of staff, the breakfast times were only from 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m., but this can be arranged. The usual drinks sales from other youth hostels were usually only possible here during the short reception times, but in some cases the drinks cupboard was open with a corresponding list to be entered. A vending machine for water and soft drinks was available around the clock.The staff was also very friendly.All in all, it was a nice holiday stay in historic Dinkelsbühl.

I am absolutely thrilled with this youth hostel. Friendly and flexible hosts. Very clean and delicious food 😄. And the top hammer was the choir! It was so beautiful, I still have goosebumps. Unfortunately I forgot the name of the choir. So a very successful stay. Thank you very much

Simply a wonderful youth hostel! The response to requests for changes was very flexible and friendly in advance.We had a double bed and a bunk bed, everything was very modern and clean. The garden is a dream for the children to let off steam.The youth hostel is very centrally located and you can do a lot on foot or by bike.A stay in Dinkelsbühl, like in the youth hostel, is highly recommended!

A well-run youth hostel and a top modern house in an old, historic building! The rooms are cozy, the food is very good and the location (5 minutes walk to the center) is perfect. There is a lovely outdoor area to relax and play in, free parking nearby (around a 7-minute walk away) and lots to see and do. All employees are friendly, service-oriented and helpful. I'd love to give you five stars! :)

Very nice JuHe in a very nice city! Tastefully furnished. The rooms are very nice and newly renovated. Our room for 6 only had the shower in the middle of the room behind a curtain... Great large garden with a great place to play. Bicycle rental, escape room
