The hotel's location is excellent - just a few minutes' walk from major attractions and public transport.The room was modern, spacious and very clean. I was particularly impressed by the attention to detail in the furnishings. The bed was extremely comfortable and the quiet environment ensured a restful sleep. The bathroom was also very well equipped and the toiletries were of high quality.Overall, I can highly recommend the Puzzel Hotel Yw - whether for business trips or vacations, every guest will be pampered at the highest level. I will definitely come back!”

Hi dear ones :)I was your guest recently for 2 nights.Since my entire trip was business-related, the hotel selection was based more on a useful aspect. The rooms made a good impression online, but since they weren't private, the hotel played a secondary role.But I didn't know what to expect!😮I have to say up front that I was on Rügen last year in a 5 star hotel to relax.The furnishings alone, cleanliness, design, order, are really top notch and you are way ahead of the 5 star thing on Rügen!!!I am an absolute cleanliness fanatic. To put it figuratively, in my house you could eat off the floor in the bathroom. AND that's exactly where you fit in. 😍I've been to a few hotels and you are by far the cleanest and tidiest hotel I've ever been to. No loose socket, no yellowed plastic on the hairdryer or anything else. And I really notice a lot of little things, but with you, nothing. Phenomenal ❤️ 5 stars plus additional star.Maintaining the standard is work and you can be really proud of yourself for what you have achieved in your hotel so far. Really great!A wish of mine; In the future, please don't save money in the wrong places like your competitors! I noticed this, for example, at the 5 star hotel on Rügen. They made sure that everything looked good on the surface "from a distance", but you don't want to take a closer look at the joints in the bathroom, disgusting!That's why the little things are the most important! A tip from me is to sleep in your own hotel for a night and then you'll get a completely different view than if you just walk through the rooms to see if everything looks good.But up to this point, everything gets a grade of A+😁🤩And for service, communication and accommodation with/from you there is also 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟+🌟Super nice, friendly, human, everything at eye level... just great! You guys make you feel like you're just a human being and not a paying idiot. You are by no means superficial, arrogant or condescending as I have otherwise experienced. You stand out in everything!Unfortunately only 4 stars because you get lost in all the puzzle stuff. The hotel or the entrance could not be seen from the slowly moving Uber vehicle and the address entered into maps showed us the indoor playground as a stopping point. I then had to walk back past the building and at the T-junction realized “oh here”.So there's something missing in the parking lot in front that would directly signal to my brain "entrance here" or another big sign from your hotel. AND, if you spread a bit of greenery with paint in the parking lot, you would also get the “industrial flair” again.All in all, I'm really thrilled with what I happened to "pick out".Kind regardsMike from Berlin

Very nice atmosphere. Service and reception are top. The employees are not only friendly, but also always try to help you as best as possible with a smile. Cleanliness is very important there, no flaws found.I pass on my personal recommendation.

Very pleasant in every way

It was my first time in the hotel and I was pleasantly surprised. The rooms are well-equipped and clean, the breakfast buffet is impressive and the staff is friendly.👍🏻
