Friday 10/11/24We came as a couple and only spent the night there. The proximity to Schweinfurt and the Main is very good.From the parking lot to the bed in 40 seconds can't be beat either.At least the male part of us would spend the night here again 🙏

Mold and dirt, we didn't feel comfortable. Although we didn't expect much given the price, the accommodation should have at least been clean. I wouldn't have stayed more than one night.The check in was nice and quick.

The accommodation is very suitable for stopovers and mechanic stays. It is functional, cozy, quiet and clean. If you're out and about all day, it's a good place to relax, everything works. It's not a luxury place to stay, but I didn't miss anything. I didn't ask about WiFi; given the low price, I wouldn't have even valued it. .. friendly hostess by the way.

I can't understand the average to bad reviews. The apartment is clean, tidy and big enough for 2 people to stay overnight and eat if necessary. Refrigerator and cooking area available, even fly screens and external blinds in front of the window. Exceptionally affordable. Free parking on the street in front of the building. There is only limited reception with the O2 network in the building.

Price-performance fits. We felt in good hands here with our dog. Again at any time for one or two nights. Only 4 stars because there were some dusty corners, the refrigerator in the room is quite loud at night and there was still rubbish from the previous guest in the cupboard.

Very nice accommodation. I would be happy to use them again at the next opportunity. The only thing missing is WiFi, as the network coverage there is quite poor.

So far OK. But the ceiling in the shower urgently needs to be done.And a coffee machine is missing.
