The Meehäusle – The Gasthaus am Main is a real insider tip when the four of us were there on Saturday, October 25th, 2024. From the very beginning you will be impressed by the extremely friendly staff who make you feel really welcome. The location right on the Main could hardly be better. Especially in autumn, there is a beautiful view of the water and the colorful banks - simply perfect for escaping everyday life and enjoying nature.The menu impresses with a great selection of dishes that everyone can find. The portions are extremely generous and excellently prepared, so that you are not only spoiled culinary but also visually. In addition, there is an unbeatable price-performance ratio that leaves nothing to be desired.The atmosphere at Meehäusle is wonderfully inviting and relaxed, perfect for a relaxed evening or a leisurely lunch. You can immediately tell that the work here is done with heart and passion. An all-round successful place that you'll love to return to again and again!

We ate there several times, there was plenty...it tasted good...and it was reasonably priced. Very nice beer garden right on the Main and even has 3 RV parking spaces.

I've probably been to Haßfurt a few times, but I didn't know the Meehäusle, I found it on Google. The special thing is that it is right on the Main, well, the weather has to be right, you can sit comfortably outside, inside of course too, there is also a parking space for motorhomes next door, and the food, which is also important on a trip , very good and inexpensive. It's best to test it yourself. Opening times, I don't know exactly, but only 3-4 days a week. JK.
