A week ago we took a bread baking course with Petra in a small group.She introduced us to the world of bread baking with a lot of practical relevance, without overwhelming you with too many details.Everything you learn can then be implemented into tasty and even visually appealing results at home without your help.An absolutely successful weekend for us and we wish her continued success with her courses!

You can have a great holiday at Kilianshof. The family is very nice and you can always ask them for advice if you need information or a trip tip. The rooms are absolutely clean, the kitchen is perfectly equipped, and the bread baking courses are legendary!The surrounding area is great for cycling, hiking, or discovering the nice places and towns. You feel a little like you're in Tuscany, and the absence of mass tourism, traffic jams and hustle and bustle is balm for the soul.

As part of the workshop “Baking bread in a stone oven” we went to the great Kilians farm. It was a wonderful weekend with a very friendly host family. The workshop is worth recommending because you can experience how bread is made very competently, even if you don't own a stone oven. We will definitely come back to learn more about baking and other things offered there in more workshops. The Kilians-Hof is worth a trip. Greetings from Hesse.

Despite covid 19 a very nice stay. All in all very pleasant and pleasant.Very good food ! 😊The llama hike was very beautiful and interesting!Would come back at any time.

Despite the Covid 19 situation, we felt very safe at Kilians-Hof. The hygiene regulations were implemented very consistently. We enjoyed the family environment and the children were able to move around freely. The llama tour was a highlight of the holiday alongside other interesting excursion destinations in the region

We went on a llama tour yesterday and it was absolutely great. A big compliment to Petra for the informative and very nice tour, the children loved it and we will recommend you to others. Although everything is a little different because of Corona, great importance is attached to hygiene and the regulations. A big thank you from all of us.

We went on a llama tour at the Kilians farm and I would give it more than 5 points if I could.We chose Kilians-Hof because we were traveling with my 84-year-old mother-in-law, who is still quite good on foot, but we wanted to tailor the tour to suit her needs.That's exactly what the Kilians-Hof offered us. We were able to plan the tour individually with Petra Dittmann and she adapted to us very spontaneously. We learned a lot about llamas and were able to ask questions. The animals were very sweet, you could pet them and relate to them. Before the tour began, there was an instruction on how to manage the animals and how to handle them appropriately. At the end of the tour there was home-baked cake, water, lemonade and syrup from the farm's own production. The Dittmann family was super friendly and very competent when it came to the topic of llamas/breeding. We are enriched by a wealth of knowledge. What is also important to us to mention: The farm is a very well-kept facility, in an idyllic rural location, in our opinion the animals are kept in a species-appropriate manner and the animals are doing well. The owners treat their animals lovingly. All in all highly recommended. :)We didn't stay overnight. Various activities are also offered on the farm, such as felting courses with llama wool.We all had a lot of fun, we'll definitely be back.

This experience was super nice.The Dittmann family was very hospitable and accommodating.Petra gave us a great and informative introduction. During the tour she responded sensitively to the needs of the participants and always had an overview.The animals are well trained, calm, trusting and just sweet :)A successful conclusion was the nice conversations over homemade mulled punch and delicious pastries.

The Dittmann family was an attentive host, Ms. Dittmann in particular gave us a relaxed, unforgettable afternoon and, with a lot of commitment and knowledge, she introduced us to the llamas we were unfamiliar with. We became friends with them after a short time. We all really liked the Dittmanns' warm and empathetic nature. We can only recommend this.
