We were really lucky with room 17. Everything was perfect there, with a large seating area. The staff was very helpful and the breakfast was delicious. We were a larger group and were able to stay in the breakfast room for a long time and chat. In the afternoon, additional water or juice was free. Not a posh hotel, but a pleasant, family atmosphere.Thank you for that :)

Hotel staff and service was very nice but the rooms at the hotel (especially in the cellar) are very old and does not give a good vibe....

The only good thing was the staff, dogs welcome and that it was right outside the center and close to several parks. Badly cleaned rooms, got a full breakfast because the staff didn't refill when the food started to run out... Really bad, bad internet. Not so fresh rooms, missing sheets in the beds and not clean bathrooms, only thin curtains - no blinds or blinds... bad air in the rooms. Too bad that only one of the staff could speak English.Very calm and peaceful city 💞

Plus: Quietly located, but still within walking distance of the train station and city center. Rooms spacious, staff friendly.Minus: Outdated furnishings, curtains don't really provide any darkness, bathroom outdated and dark with terribly loud ventilation, cheap plastic cups instead of glasses, breakfast below average - products kept very inexpensively, lots of packaged items. Double room for €117 including breakfast. I don't think it's quite good value for money...

A really nice quiet little hotel. Many thanks to the nice young woman from the Hotel am Dom, who gave me a room in the evening at short notice in an emergency situation. The only downside was that the room was promised to me on the phone as a single room, but in the morning it was billed as a two-bed room.

Very central, everything can be reached in 10 minutes on foot. Room solid, I was missing the mini safe. Very attentive: a bottle of water in the room. Very friendly staff.

I am a big fan of this hotel. Of course one or the other is a bit worn, but I always slept fantastically, the employees are all incredibly nice and friendly and it's not one of those horrible conference hotels but a small, nice, family-like business. And if you get involved with it a little, you'll even find it charming there. It is also unbeatably cheap.

Room was OK, a bit noisy. Coffee with the paid breakfast was charged at 3 euros. Unusual and strange.
