DPT is the perfect place for a successful holiday! A quiet and cozy place in Świnoujście, surrounded by a park. Close to the beach and the city center.The house offers cozy, clean and well-kept rooms whose condition is impeccable. Slightly minimalist kitchen equipment should not pose any particular difficulties. The service was very friendly and kind. A big advantage is the 24-hour reception, which gives guests a sense of security and comfort. And all this at a really reasonable price!If I go to Świnoujście again, I already know where I want to stay!!!

Only 500m from the beach in a very idyllic forest location, very nice room and really affordable for €21 per night 👍🏽 Absolutely satisfactory for the one night I spent here!

A great accommodation option in Świnoujście. Close to the park and beach. Peace and quiet and clean rooms with the necessary things. Free parking and incredibly friendly service are a big plus :)I highly recommend it ❤️!

The 5 days I stayed in Komandorska 5 in a single room were really niceThe room was clean, bright, comfortable bed and TV, kitchenette with everything you need. Large bathroom with a great shower (with massage glands) and a normal shower head. If you're still complaining, you're looking for a hole in the whole thing...!The girls at reception were super nice and helpful10 minutes to the sea and promenade. A quiet place to spend your holiday. Rooms with a small kitchenette. Clean and comfortable beds. Very close to the beach. Large parking lot for guests. Nice place, worth recommending

Rooms strongly remembering the late Polish People's Republic. The bathroom stank from the drains and the staff didn't want to do anything about it.But the location is great, two steps from the beginning of the promenade.Certainly, after renovation and staff training, it would be a nice place.

We have just returned from the May weekend. We were at the center for the second time and we will definitely come back. The location is great, 5 minutes to the beach (15 minutes with a toddler ;)) and the center itself is adjacent to the spa park. Peace and quiet, clean rooms. A plus is the kitchenette in the room - you can easily prepare breakfast, dinner or heat up some ready-made food in a communal microwave. Outside there is a small playground, tables and a grill. And most importantly - free parking! If you don't need luxury, this is a place worth recommending.

The reception staff and room ladies were very nice and helpful. A well-situated resort in the Spa Park, close to the sea, in a quiet area. A very big advantage is free parking, billiards and table tennis. We will definitely come back here.

A perfect place for a family holiday. Very close to the beach and the promenade. A quiet and secluded place. Very nice staff. The rooms are spacious and neat. Nice new bathrooms.

I've been coming here for over a dozen years. After the change of management, the cleanliness of the facility has definitely improved. Unfortunately, the level of service from some of the staff has reached rock bottom. The toilets, which have always been open to the public, are closed and, as the receptionist said, "What are you looking for here, the toilets are for staff only." Dear guest, when you are sitting at the grill, go to the second floor because the receptionist needs two toilets, which he guards like Cerberus.The sauna for guests is unavailable because "it's out of order because I can't turn it on." It's a pity because it's a place with a good location and potential, and the previous team couldn't help it.

Generally OK, the rooms are clean, well-kept, quiet area, but some guests, especially the ladies from PM, after drinking a few beers, wonder what it's not them, because they are at home and, with apologies, they "tear their faces" at night and the porters do not respond because they are afraid that they they are from the PM administration, this is just an example from last night, July 18/19, 2023

Clean rooms, bathrooms after renovation. Available: kettle, fridge, glasses, cutlery, plates. Hairdryer, deckchair, screen. Room equipment: couch with a comfortable mattress (not too hard and not too soft). Wardrobe, chair, TV table, in the second, smaller room, cabinets, fridge, sink. Bathroom sink, shower, toilet, hangers. Hot water all the time. A small minus: the mirror in the bathroom is too high, in the room there is a small mirror by the door and a hanger by the wardrobe. The building is difficult to find when we go for the first time. The tip is that when we get to the end of Komandorska Street, to the apartment blocks, take the road to the right before the apartment blocks. 50 meters. 5 minutes to the beach. The price is adequate to the conditions. The employees at the reception are helpful and nice. Free city map.
