"+" points: location (near the thermal baths, close to the center) and price (28 euros/night/approx. 15m2 room), room facilities: relatively new furniture, nicely furnished, hot water and heating were available."-" points:1.Incredible smell on the 1st floor caused by 3 adult and 5 small kittens in the house. My room was on the 2nd floor and the smell didn't penetrate through 2 additional doors; But you had to go past there every time...2. The toilets (2x) intended for use by tenants of the 8 guest rooms were in the hallway. That wasn't in the room description.3. The 77-year-old lady of the house repeatedly tried to break into my room in the morning (without knocking, she just tried to open the door with her own key) under the pretext that she wanted to clean there. I don't know what she did in my room while I was away, but the layer of dust in the corners, under the bed and on the closet remained untouched the whole time...4.Both the landlady and her husband ignored requests to issue me an invoice for days. At first with a mild smile, then, when I insisted, openly unfriendly - the man of the house even commented on everything in a language I didn't know (and he knew it!).In between I found out that large sums of money had been donated to the local orchestra ("They adore me!" was the original tone). The argument “We were old and needed the money” probably doesn’t apply here.
