The apartment was even bigger than my apartment. Typically furnished for an apartment. Clean. Kitchen was very well equipped.

Disappointing!We booked the “Apartment B with 2 bedrooms” for 4 adults at “Jennys Ferienwohnungen” from March 11th to 15th, 2023. We were guided by the consistently positive reviews. Our surprise was even greater when we discovered that the rental property was a spacious but clearly neglected and poorly maintained holiday apartment. The collector's cups, Bulgarian travel souvenirs from socialist times and the numerous dusty objects from the decoration and kitsch department scattered throughout the room could not hide this. First we had to clean the glass pot of the coffee machine because it still had dried coffee from the previous tenant. The dishwasher smelled very unpleasant and the food leftovers from the previous tenants were stuck to it. The kitchen lighting from a small ceiling lamp was very sparse. Separation of waste was required according to the house rules. However, there were no appropriate collection containers available, apart from a residual waste bin. We would have liked a dishwasher tablet, at least for the first wash cycle on the day of arrival (for us on Saturday). In an apartment for four people, we would have been happy with four cereal bowls and coffee mugs instead of two. The bathroom was in an even more unkempt condition. The wall shelf for the towel rack was rusty, the sink was dirty and the shower stall was just disgusting. The towels were minimalist. In addition, the towels were already very worn out. The seating area probably came from the Quelle mail order company in the early 1990s and is now considered “vintage”. In the house rules we were informed that the furnishings would be counted before each handover and theft, even of towels, would not be accepted but would be reported. That all sounded very unfriendly. The deposit of €150 that had to be paid upon arrival also showed more mistrust than a friendly welcome. We didn't get to know the landlords. However, the staff on arrival and departure were very friendly. This property is not a holiday apartment in which you can spend pleasant holidays, but rather accommodation for a short period of time. However, we found the price too high. One had the impression that the landlords were saving every cent at the expense of the tenants.We give one star for the central location and one star for the heating, which works well in at least two rooms.Answer from the guests:Dear employee of Jenny's holiday apartment,We would like to know where we have spread “unjust untruths”.Please read your own house rules. There it says under point 3: “We do not accept theft of items; we count the furnishings before each handover. If something is missing (including towels, etc.), we reserve the right to report it.” We weren’t expecting a 5-star hotel, but we were expecting a clean, well-equipped holiday apartment. You could have checked the cleanliness beforehand. Our rating serves as a guide for other vacationers. Would you rather we had published the photos of the sickening details we described?We don't want to be unfair. Apparently there are enough holidaymakers who are satisfied with the quality defects described for this price.Best regards

Everything was OK. Everything was there, but the furnishings were pretty old-fashioned...But the great thing....we want a deposit of €150 and you won't get it back when the apartment is handed over...it will be transferred.... I'm excited!!!!

Very nice apartment. The apartment is large, nicely furnished and is very centrally located in the city center. The landlady is very nice.I can recommend the holiday apartment to everyone.

Very nice holiday apartment in the middle of Bad Salzungen near the brine pool and the lake. Everything is clean and tidy and everything you need is there. However, the heating didn't work on the first day, but it was fixed straight away. Very nice support directly on site

Nobody can be reached, despite canceling in good time you don't get your money back, absolute rip-off club!
