Was there for the second time. The first time there were problems with the TV. No channels available. Otherwise room okay.Unfortunately the room hadn't been cleaned last time. Unfortunately it was a bit difficult to reach someone by phone. It only took about 30 minutes to get someone on the phone in person. The problem was quickly resolved and within a few minutes the lady came and cleaned the apartment.Unfortunately, there are still a few negative impressions. There were no curtains in either the kitchen or the sleeping area. That's not nice when you sit in the kitchen in the evening and everyone can look in. There were only dark curtains in the bedroom. Very unfavorable in bad weather. It's very dark in the room. Curtains would make the whole thing a little more comfortable. Unfortunately, the advertised WiFi was only available in the bathroom. Unfortunately no connection is possible in the rest of the apartment. Unfortunately, there were a few roommates who didn't stick to the rest times. It felt like there were 10 people standing above us on the balcony. There was shouting and screaming. And that almost all night long. Until about half past five in the morning. Unfortunately, the music wasn't at room volume either. It also ran until around 5:30 in the morning. I chose this accommodation because my daughter lives in the immediate vicinity. That was pretty practical. But I'm thinking about going to a hotel or renting another holiday apartment next time I visit.The apartment itself is good. Also the shopping opportunities nearby. But I think that these accommodations are probably more for fitters or something similar. Unfortunately, the bathroom was flooded with water after every shower.

I would have liked to give 5 stars, then there should have been a reception, so only 4 for cleanliness, good beds, new furnishings and kitchen. All in all recommended 👍

The apartment is nice, but the noise from the roommates in the house is sometimes very stressful.Important, your monthly billing is incorrect. VAT on net price. Do I have to do the math manually every month and enter the correct amount. It's just a matter of a few cents.

Tip top! Sparkling clean and well equipment with everything one could need (including cork screw). Beds are comfy and the whole apartment was spacious and homely decorated. Cute balcony to enjoy a morning coffee. Easy access to U-Bahn, parking spots in front of the house, shopping facilities within 8min walk. Communication was quick and uncomplicated, they even sent me forgotten items few days after Check-out. Thanks so much! You guys rock. ❤️😎

I thought everything was okay except that the kitchen window didn't have a curtain, so you could be seen by the neighboring house if you went naked to the bathroom in the morning and wanted to make yourself a coffee.I would have liked a door from the bedroom to the hallway, as people rarely move quietly in the hallway.The facilities are very good and it is very clean. I found the communication very good because I extended another night.

Positive:You have a large living room with a bed and a kitchen. The key collection was via a key safe, which was very straightforward and very easy. It was very clean in this apartment. There was also a good WiFi connection.Negatives:I think the bathroom was quite small. Since the apartment is in the attic, the bathroom had a sloping ceiling and was quite unsuitable for a tall person.The television was via satellite, so only no-name channels were shown. Channels like ARD, ZDF, RTL, ProSieben etc. didn't exist at all.The bed was a bit uncomfortable as the mattress was also quite soft. You're a little lost in bed.

GOOD LUCKToday we visited Duisburg.The apartment is well renovated. It's actually all there.5 minutes walk to the pizzeria and 5 minutes to the Greek restaurant.There are a few quirks in the room such as broken lamps, loose fittings.Washing machine and dryer in the basement.
