The pleasantly large apartment with a large balcony is neatly furnished and clean, but is already a bit old and in need of renovation in some areas (balcony doors are extremely hanging and have to be moved with a lot of force). In addition to the small coffee machine (a Nes* brand heavily advertised on all TV channels) and a small kettle, a mini kitchen with a few more options could complete the ambience! Despite the name, the house is not on the beach, but "only" in the 2nd row. But the beach can be reached quickly! The location in town is quite ok. Cars can be parked in an underground parking space underneath the building complex for a fee. (E-)bikes can be connected to a separate bicycle parking space in the underground car park (with sturdy metal brackets anchored in the ground) (just ask there in advance as a precaution). The reception is 3 doors away, where the included breakfast is also offered. Many interesting locations can be reached from the house on foot, by bike or by car or even "fast in the Roland"!

Your apartment is very spacious. We came with 5 people. 2 bedrooms with comfortable beds and the couch in the living room could be folded out. You can also remove the toppers to sleep a little harder. All sleeping accommodations measured 1.80 x 2 m. The kitchen equipment needed to be checked. It would be helpful if there were small sharp knives, a warming jug and shot glasses as well as a few more cutlery. It is a good 150 m to the beach and the promenade.

We had a 2 bedroom apartment. Everything was very spacious and a perfect location almost directly on the beach. The breakfast was excellent in the nearby hotel and we also ate at Maxime (the hotel's own restaurant) on the first evening, which was also very good. We parked at the train station for €5 per day (a short walk) which was completely okay. Since we were there in the early season (beginning of May) the price for a total of 5 people was very good.

The location is great. There is a deduction for the not-so-clean room. The carpet has seen much better times. The bed linen, well, that's how it went.The breakfast was tasty, but it just fails when it comes to adding more.

So the apartment was okay but with some drawbacks. The cheapest item, as I always find out, no matter which hotel room, is always the most disgusting...the toilet brush. Creepy disgusting. Carpets in every room, not really contemporary. In our room there is no wardrobe, okay, but not even a hook to hang any piece of clothing but to place it on the floor... well. The area was fantastic, the staff was very nice and the breakfast was delicious. Parking fees everywhere, well...but we'll be happy to come back.

Were only here for 2 nights. But the size and cleanliness was comparable to a 4 star hotel, even better for us. Experiences from last year Binz. The breakfast was very tasty and sufficient... Anyone coming with children is in good hands here. Again and again.

We had room 654 on the ground floor of the beach house, which was accessible at ground level. Cozy mattresses/beds and large living space with a large balcony.Super close to the beach and the promenade, great breakfast with fresh rolls and daily towel changes in the beach house. You couldn't hear anything from the other rooms.The staff were very helpful and friendly.

Very nice staff! Mega delicious breakfast. Unfortunately, the bedroom was right next to the entrance door to the building. Next time I would make sure it was a different room, but we'll definitely be back!

Very nice house - especially the breakfast is rich and available until 11:00 a.m.! Staff very friendly. Unfortunately, there were also compromises - used glasses were found on the coffee machine... something like that just doesn't fit.Rooms very nice, spacious, balcony with a partial view of the Baltic Sea!However, the fact that the municipality even charges parking fees for unloading and loading upon arrival or departure is completely unrealistic. In other places there is the so-called “bread button”, which allows free parking for, for example, a 15-minute short stop. Just to get some bread rolls. If the hosts truly have an interest in the guest, this is an absolute necessity that should be implemented immediately. Such a rip-off is intimidating.By the way, I would be interested to know how the municipality of Binz wants to fairly fairly monitor its rigorous parking space management with mandatory fees around the clock, all year round. The fact that even the hiking car park in the forest on Klünderberg costs something is just absurd.It's a shame that a completely exaggerated parking fee rip-off gives this beautiful seaside resort an unsightly aura of greed. Binz doesn't deserve that!!

Thanks to a discount campaign, my wife and I were able to visit Binz once. What made the promenade so great and the clean beach so wonderfully inviting for a walk, unfortunately didn't quite match the room. Unfortunately the room's furniture was thrown together (different colored chairs) and shabby. Partially clear signs of wear on walls and ceilings that were little or hardly repaired. What's not acceptable is hair in the bed and oversized stains on the mattress protector. We had this experience in the first and second rooms. This was only resolved by room service on the second day (luckily we had a second bed to sleep in). In addition, there was a drain that didn't drain and a heater that didn't work at all in November. The caretaker is probably still on the way. The short trip was only saved by the great food and the great breakfast.

Unfortunately we were disappointed. The worst beds we “slept” in. We didn't get any newly renovated rooms, so we're talking about the older ones.If you are looking for a holiday apartment, you have come to the right place. If you are looking for a hotel that also offers the comfort you would expect for the overnight prices, you have to insist on a newly renovated room.The cleanliness is okay, even if the tiles can no longer be cleaned 100%. Unfortunately for us, the overnight stay in the beach house and Hotel Belvedere was anything but relaxation. When trying to go to another hotel, the option to cancel was only made available by paying the full price. So also little flexibility.Breakfast has a wide selection.

Stay was nice. Clean and pretty however the breakfast was worse. There was no item to eat and breakfast was not ready at 9.30. People speak English at reception and are really friendly. All and all had good time.
