Given a choice of 2 or 3 stars, only 3. Still, all in all it wasn't that bad.Starting with parking. Way too many cars in a parking lot that is too small. Finally found a spot about 500-600 meters away.The room was probably beautiful and tasteful once, but that was 40 years ago. Bed has fixed bedside lamps, of which only one worked. Ceiling lamp provided an enormous amount of light.A pillow is of course very personal, but I thought it was a total disaster because it was very thin.The bathroom door fittings were half missing.Breakfast was certainly not disappointing! And oh yes, if we would please pay in cash...

The positive room was clean, and then it ends again with the positives. The door of the room was broken and you had to open the doorlift it up and unlock it. There was neither a small kettle nor a refrigerator in the room. The breakfast is on a cheap level, baked rolls from the discounter, fried eggs are not refilled.

The hotel is located in Urbar, not far from Koblenz. Free parking spaces are available at the hotel. Our room was large, bright and clean and faced the garden at the back. A beautiful, recently renovated bathroom with shower. Large double bed with very comfortable mattresses, it's like sleeping on a cloud. WiFi is included during your stay.The breakfast buffet was small but nice. Various types of cheese and sausage, muesli, yoghurt, coffee, various teas, juices, fried eggs, boiled eggs, tomatoes and mozzarella, jams and even homemade, sweet, warm quark rolls.The hotel only offers breakfast, you definitely have to eat out for lunch or dinner, there are enough options in Urbar, Vallendar or Koblenz.The hosts are really nice and care about their guests. We liked it and would like to come back.

The room, shower and toilet were clean. The sink is a bit small, but that's due to the size of the room.Breakfast OK. Fresh rolls and a selection of sausage and cheese.What was exciting, however, was that the apple juice was sold to me as regional apple juice. The packaging was proudly presented, regionally from Aldi 🙈 No joke, that came with complete conviction

The room is very clean and just has everything you need. The owner is super friendly and helpful. On top of that we can check in from 10am and check out at 12pm on the next day. Very flexible condition. The current review star is way too low as it should be.

Small, family run. The stars (=quite okay) are given with a lot of sympathy. Actually one of the last rooms in and around Koblenz, which we were able to get very spontaneously the day before. We weren't expecting a deluxe program and were not disappointed. The rooms and bathroom are good, clean, breakfast is okay and the owner tries very hard (and very friendly) to deliver everything. The “rush” at breakfast seems to have been a bit overwhelming = personal impression.Rooms facing the street are quite noisy. But here the hotel can't help it if the majority of the cars heat up at night not at 30/50 kmh, but at what feels like 70/80 kmh, and the interior noise is still loud. If that is the rule, the community should respond with speed systems/measurements. We didn't find out if this was the rule since we were only there one night. I wouldn't have wanted the loud frenzy another night either 😁

I can only advise every bride and groom and vacationer not to book this accommodation!!We got married at the Besselich monastery and negotiated a quota for our guests with the owner, Mr. Augustin. We asked our guests to book themselves using our keyword. We already received some feedback from our guests that emails were not being responded to and everything was only confirmed by phone. Despite asking, no one received a booking confirmation. In addition, strangely enough, you could only pay in cash on site.According to Mr. Augustin, he had blocked us from the entire accommodation. About 3 months before the wedding, I asked for a listing because we wanted to distribute welcome bags in the rooms for our guests. Only after several calls did I finally get a list, but it wasn't complete at all. After consulting with our guests, there were some that Mr. Augustin had forgotten to include or where the number of overnight stays was incorrect.About 1.5 weeks before the wedding we received an email from Mr. Augustin saying that he had accepted too many guests from us and had to cancel some. 1.5 WEEKS BEFORE THE WEDDING!! When I asked for a booking list again, I saw that bookings that were not part of our wedding had been accepted. Mr Augustin then canceled this. Good for us, but certainly annoying for holidaymakers, as many accommodations were fully booked during the holiday season. I ended up having to take over Mr. Augustin's job and check the list 1.5 weeks before the wedding! Since there were no booking confirmations, it could have happened that in the end our guests were on site but there was no room left and they then had no proof whatsoever.One day before the wedding we wanted to distribute the welcome bags and asked for a list with room numbers. (Our bags were personalized) Even one day before the wedding it was not possible for Mr. Augustin to create such a list and we had to distribute the bags to the rooms ourselves on the day of the wedding. Of course, there were guests who had the wrong bags in their rooms because they didn't get the room as listed.We stayed overnight at the Klostergut and had breakfast in the Adria Stuben. For the price of €10 per person, it's just okay. But here, too, some guests had breakfast from 8 a.m. and then food from 7 a.m.The climax came just 1 month after the wedding. About a week after the wedding I received an email from Mr. Augustin with the bill for my stylist's room. Since the invoice stated the price for a double room, I replied that the amount was incorrect. No feedback whatsoever. A month later we received an email saying that Mr. Augustin was simply debiting the amount from our credit card. That's not possible at all! I called immediately and of course my email couldn't be found again. Apparently the stylist said that we would cover the bill, but that wasn't true and I was able to clarify it with her. I asked Mr. Augustin on the phone to send me the invoice again, which he assured me. Now 5 days later I'm still waiting for the bill.I wonder how you can run a hotel in such an unstructured and disorganized way! I can only recommend everyone not to book there! If there is no other option, forget about email and try to get through by phone. To all bridal couples, save yourself and your guests this strenuous procedure and book promptly at the other local inns.

The restaurant and the beer garden are no longer in operation, according to the website everything is still in operation. What you can buy and eat in the beer garden is a bottle of Paderborn for €4 🤪

The hotel is located on the other side of the Rhine from Koblenz.The bus stop was right in front of the door, so you could get to Koblenz cheaply.For the price-performance ratio it was completely sufficient for one night. The breakfast was good.

Nice view, nice, very quiet beer garden.Unfortunately the windows are not sealed (noise and rain) room 23.It is currently being partially renovated.Breakfast for 5€ is just what you need, but at 5€ you can't expect luxury.Otherwise everything you need for transit is there.Friendly owner coupleThanks

The room was superficially clean, it was a very basic room, colors faded on the walls. Mattresses were still ok.Rooms very small, no kettle to make tea or instant coffee. The luggage rack was broken, you could see the screws. Old carpet runners. Shower head fell apart when adjusted.Breakfast was very very very simple.Not a big selection, no variety. Cheap baked rolls from the discounter, not whole grain bread, absolutely the simplest/lowest standard!!!The restaurant was closed and there was no place to sit socially.House was full of surveillance cameras!!!Bad parking situation!
