We received a very friendly welcome again, despite booking a table at short notice (20 minutes). We ate again very, very tasty. The team is simply greatWe will eat very tasty food there again and will be back soon

Never again for us, a bad experience. Especially with the friendliness of some staff members. The receptionist is in bad shape and so is the service.My partner was stuck in the elevator for half an hour. Upon arrival the elevator was broken, but it was repaired the same day. When my partner wanted to get something from the room and she stayed away too long, she turned out to be stuck in the elevator. After half an hour someone came and freed her. But the receptionist did not apologize, did not ask if it was okay or if necessary. and a cup of coffee for the shock. Also continued to insist that the elevator was not broken, but it remained 'out of order' for the rest of the week. We didn't think that was decent. A gluten-free breakfast was also requested in advance when booking, but this could not be arranged upon arrival and they were also not prepared to arrange this for the following days. It wasn't possible and I had to buy my own gluten-free bread in the supermarket 4 km away. All in all a very bad experience. The breakfast buffet for others was very extensive. The room had a nice view, which was fine and it was clean. But for us, never again Hotel Fritz, certainly not recommended.There was a very nice receptionist working on Saturday (unfortunately we didn't find the other one anymore) who heard our story and apologized. That did us good, because it was still scary.

I stayed at the Hotel Fritz for a week and was not disappointed. I already knew the restaurant from last year, I was in Ellenz Poltersdorf on the other side of the Moselle and went there every day for fishValwig drove. Since I like eating fish, I booked directly with Fisch Fritz this year. The evening buffet, with half board, cannot be beaten in terms of price and performance.

Holiday apartment, well equipped, but only accessible via stairs on the 2nd floor, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, well-equipped kitchen, dogs allowed, well-stocked breakfast buffet, restaurant: friendly service, extensive menu (fish (TOP), meat, vegetarian)

It's a shame that after months there was a complete change in staff. The floor in the bathroom and living room was full of hair, very dusty and the windows hadn't been cleaned. The buffet-style dinner was really not good, the meat was dry and the quality was no longer what we were used to.

Unfortunately never again!!!!We always enjoyed staying here but unfortunately things have changed a lot for the worse in the last few months.The rooms have become very dirty, so that you can still see everything from the previous ones.A lot of gray hair in the bathroom, dirty table, hair in the bathroom vanity, the fittings haven't seen vinegar water for a long time.Unfortunately, the price/performance ratio is no longer right at all.Thank God, there are other hotels where you can go.

A lovely, small, well organized and clean hotel that would benefit from a bit of paint on the facade. The breakfast and dinner were very varied and fresh. Hotel is in a great location, right on the Moselle with a cycle path or 2 bus stops to Cochem. A tour of Valwig is highly recommended, as is a visit to the Jobelius schnapps distillery.

For me, the fish restaurant is the best thing about the Moselle👍.The service is very friendly and fast.The furnishings are modern and functional.The salad buffet is very varied, tasty and fresh and the fish is a dream.We have just returned from Stuttgart on the way to Fisch Fritz to eat fish👍😍😋😊❣

Only went in to eat. Fantastic food, 1kg head on prawns highly recommended. Not cheap so be prepared to pay for what you have. Fabulous.

The location of the hotel is great, right on the Moselle and to the hotel's own Moselle beach. You can quickly get to Cochem by bus. The rooms could use some renovation, but overall we really liked it and we'll be back.But what is an absolute no-go is when a receptionist sits privately in the restaurant in the evening as a guest and loudly gossips unpleasantly about the guests in the hotel...
