Very clean room, older woman Talks a lot but very nice Unfortunately a bit remote for those who need action, it's also the wrong place for someone who needs an invoice, she doesn't write any 😜

Guesthouse with ❤ and a cat 🐱 the rat is called and the soul is Mrs. Topp. The guesthouse has 5 super nice and very clean rooms. In the morning you get a great breakfast with homemade jam and seasonal juices, great breakfast where everything the ❤ desires is there. When you sit in front of the house you think you are in the country. The garden is very nice with the beach chair, to the back is the dike with 200 sheep and Lammert. Very close by is a golf course with a restaurant where you can eat delicious food. Can you park in front of Mrs. Topp's house? We love going on vacation with a rat at Mrs. Topp's. Pure relaxation. We'll be back.

Very nice contact. The breakfast is simply great and the price per night is also right.

Quirky accommodation. Remote, only accessible by car. Very good rooms and nice house. The hostess is bizarre. Talks a lot, even to himself, usually about money and other things. I'm not interested in opinions about banks, the government or anyone else when I'm on vacation.Cash only. We were not offered an invoice…The prices are per person, not per room, so it's not that cheap.I've never seen the hostess sit 1 meter from the breakfast table in the middle of the room and ask people to eat this and that. Supervised breakfast, which was very unpleasant for us. Apart from the good orange jam, the breakfast was rather modest. This has little to do with North German charm. More like a bad Roald Dahl story.Overall, everything was designed to be cheap and to get as much money out of it as possible, that was the consistent impression. Ok for one night, vacation never ever!

We only came for two days and found out about Haus Eckhoff by chance. Spontaneous overnight stays are of course difficult in the high season. However, Ms. Topp and her guesthouse are a real highlight. Great hostess, delicious breakfast and comfortably furnished rooms. We felt very comfortable and would love to come back.

Despite booking by phone, Ms. Topp didn't know what to do with us. She said we hadn't booked at all and told us rather rudely that we should look elsewhere. …

Be careful, the landlady does not keep agreements. Agreed over the phone for €180 for two nights, then asked for €200 on departure. Heating in the room didn't work. Even according to information, nothing has been changed. Many other negative points such as cats in the breakfast room etc.

Price of 90€/night agreed. You don't need anything in writing, said Ms. Topp. When she left today she demanded 100€/night and refused to keep the agreement. Rooms very simple, heating cold. …
