Very nice apartment suitable for disabled people.Can only be recommended.Landlord a very friendly, nice and helpful landlord.We like to come to Mr. Stenzel because he is a landlord where holidaymakers are treated very courteously, friendly and lovingly.What also needs to be mentioned is the very good price for the holiday apartment.All respect that Mr. Stenzel is so humane.Always happy, can only be recommended.

Mr. Stenzel is an absolutely likeable landlord, we felt completely comfortable as his guests during the week.The apartment is absolutely clean and functionally equipped.The location is very close to the center of the Dorf district and everything is in the immediate vicinity.We would be happy to come back at any time.

A very special holiday home, with a lot of dedication and focus on the needs and wishes of the guests, inexpensive, very clean and very close to the dunes!Unfortunately, the furnishings in the apartments are getting old and exude a brittle charm, but if you can overlook that, you will take home a great memory!

In the Stenzel house you really don't want for anything. The particularly spacious holiday apartments are perfectly equipped to enjoy relaxed and relaxing holidays and the heart of the house is Uwe, a particularly lovely landlord. I'm really looking forward to my next vacation at Haus Stenzel ......in SPO

A holiday home with 4 separate apartments on 2 floors. Very quiet location between the village and Böhl. In 5 minutes you can walk to the village center with shops and many restaurants. The bus stop is right in front of the house opposite. The bus can be used free of charge with the tourist/spa card. Our room was on the floor and can only be reached via stairs. It has 91 square meters of living space, 1x combination room with a double bed, sofa set (can be pulled out), table, linen cupboard and TV and radio. There is also an almost identically furnished room with 2 single beds, which can also be moved together and also a pull-out couch set but without TV and radio. This room has a balcony where you can sit/rest very well when the weather is nice. Extra folding chairs with cushions are provided in the staircase. There is also a large, well-equipped kitchen. Almost all the utensils you have at home are available here. Dishwasher, 4-burner electric oven, microwave, mixer, deep fryer and much more. Everything is also available in terms of pots, pans, cutlery and dishes. The bathroom/toilet is very spacious and has a large sink, a shower and a large washing machine. All rooms have tilt/turn windows and are very clean. There is a separate storage area for bicycles, which is also weatherproof and securely locked. There is also a separate electric charging station/parking facility available directly at the house. There is very good WiFi throughout the house.The price/performance ratio is right here and we can only recommend this accommodation!

We have been holidaying in St.Peter Ording for almost 30 years and had to change our holiday apartment because our landlords sold their house for reasons of age. We feel very comfortable in Mr. Stenzel's holiday apartment, so we have already booked for 2024.The location in the village is excellent (3 minutes walk to the bakery and the store), the apartment is well equipped, very clean and reasonably priced.

We have been coming to Mr. Stenzel's apartment 1 for 4 years. Great for wheelchair users! Mr. Stenzel is a very friendly and courteous landlord. We will continue to come to him in SPO. SPO has become a second home for us.

Practically furnished, sufficiently large, well-equipped and clean holiday apartment, which is also affordable.Mr. Stenzel is an incredibly nice and attentive man who shows you everything important and is open to further questions.The stay in his holiday apartment was very pleasant and without any problems, the location is favorable (short distance to the small "center" in the Dorf district and yet not far from the sea).Small point of criticism: The WiFi connection in the apartment kept showing inexplicable dropouts.All in all, a good address for SPO holidaymakers, including families with children.

My parents (father in a wheelchair) went on vacation for a week in apartment 1, which is accessible to disabled people. Everything has been thought of in this apartment: a bed is raised, there are grab bars next to the toilet, and a (folding) seat in the barrier-free shower. Everything is done so that it is also comfortable for non-disabled people.The landlord is very nice, we felt really welcomed and he took a lot of time to explain everything to us. Therefore a full 5 stars!

I have rented many holiday apartments. But what I found in Haus Stenzel in terms of care, facilities and location exceeded all my expectations. The house is very well located. A large Edeka store is about 3 minutes away on foot. The first bakery (there are at least 3 in the immediate vicinity) is a 2-minute walk away. The village center is also only a 3-5 minute walk away.It's maybe 1/4 hour to the south beach where you can walk along a beautiful path with benches and lakeside meadows. The path begins about 2-3 minutes directly from the house.The host is always available and tries very hard to please the guest. So only recommended.
