I am a very picky person when it comes to cleanliness and all my hygienic needs were met here. Simply a very clean hotel and hotel room. I was amazed by the charm of this hotel, it is a feast for the eyes from the outside, as well as the inside, everything has been thought of here! There is a small library where you could sit down in the evening and snacks, drinks and wine are available (for a small additional charge). Very idyllic to unwind with a good borrowed book. The hotel is not in Bad or the village of SPO, but within immediate reach.The breakfastThere was enough choice to have a good meal in the morning. Care was always taken to ensure that nothing was missing and replenished regularly. The sausage and cheese products always tasted fresh and full-bodied. I especially liked the cheese. Another feast for my honey heart was that there were three different types of honey to try out. So if you like honey, please don't forget to try it.The roomAs already mentioned, idyllic and cleanly furnished. The beds are hard rather than sagging and the special leisureliness of the room can be seen in the small details. There is an old school alarm clock that doesn't tick. An umbrella for ALL emergencies and insect spray if an animal gets lost. That's what I mean by "everything has been thought of".serviceThe hotelier and everyone else are very nice and accommodating. I could have spoken to them about any concerns/needs. I also think it's nice that the hotel is personal and run with heart.Thank you for the great stay, we'll be back again.

Wonderful stay! Even though we weren't there as vacationers but on business, we were totally thrilled! There was even breakfast 15 minutes earlier for us. Big thanks especially to Ms. Schulze!!!

We recently stayed at the Hotel Godewind for 9 days and would like to agree with all the positive reviews.What has to be emphasized is the friendliness of the staff. Be it in the reception or in the service, unfortunately you rarely experience so much friendliness.The breakfast was very tasty and varied. Special requests were taken into account.We felt very comfortable in our spacious double room.All rooms are nicely furnished and clean.So full marks from us!!It's a shame that the current hotel management isn't continuing.

We wanted to get to know Sankt Peter Ording and chose the Hotel Godewind. And so we did everything right. The hotel is very quietly located on a side street with excellent parking at no extra cost. It's a 5-minute walk to the bus stop (the bus can be used for free with the guest card) and 10/15 minutes to the town.The welcome was very warm, we were escorted to the room and immediately learned everything worth knowing. The comfort double room was large and spacious with a nice bathroom. Everything was homely and very clean.Breakfast is offered as a buffet in a beautiful winter garden with a view of the garden. There, too, we were spoken to in a friendly manner and asked about our drink preferences. The buffet contained everything you need for a varied and delicious breakfast and left nothing to be desired. It was constantly replenished and there was always enough of everything.All employees were very friendly and polite. We felt completely comfortable and would love to come back.

Very nice hotel with good facilities. The room was nicely furnished and the bathroom was clean and tidy. For summer, the patio door is equipped with an insect protection door. There is a fireplace room and the opportunity to get coffee, tea or cold drinks.A very extensive breakfast with everything your heart desires and very nice service and very nice, helpful staff complete the picture. If we stop in the area again it will definitely be at this hotel.

A very nice hotel, the rooms are great, modernly furnished and large. The hotel team is very friendly and accommodating. From reception to departure. The breakfast leaves nothing to be desired, including freshly made scrambled eggs, everything is simply delicious. The hotel is really recommended 😊👍.

Super friendly staff, excellent, quite central but quiet location. Friendly, chic rooms, great parking lot with a huge bike barn and a mega breakfast. If St. Peter-Ording, then back to Godewind.
