A very nice small and quiet hotel. If you don't need the hustle and bustle, you'll definitely feel at home here. Very nice staff, beautifully decorated room.

So this hotel is really recommended 👍🏼 the staff is very, very friendly and also very accommodating. When we arrived we were given a city map, a bus timetable and a tide calendar. The hotel has a quiet but central location. There are parking spaces directly at the house, including for electric cars with a corresponding charging station. The rooms are beautifully furnished and the cleanliness in the room and bathroom are top notch. The breakfast also leaves absolutely nothing to be desired, everything is very tasty and there is something for everyone. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely come back :)

We would like to share our experiences because we chose this accommodation after the many positive reviews. Unfortunately we were disappointed. We stayed in a medium-sized room in the “Hotel Das Kleine Glück” for 10 days. The check-in was carried out in what felt like 50 seconds, with a lot of information and little warmth.Somehow there are construction sites everywhere in the “hotel” that are not being fixed. The cooling system in the minibar in the main area was broken for over 10 days (in your own room you can only get it for an extra charge + extra price for the drinks), there was no music in the breakfast room for over 10 days, and the light was also mostly more of a "disco" because It started flickering constantly, in our room when we came in the process was already out of the holder and hanging crooked. The TV and the lamps in the room weren't even connected to the electricity, we took over ourselves and less than 5 minutes later a light bulb was broken. The batteries in the safe were dead. There are no insect nets in front of the windows, which means that small insects are constantly in the room. There are remains of squashed animals everywhere on the walls and ceilings. The cupboard is crooked, which is why one door doesn't close completely. The overall impression is simply poor.In addition, the security aspect throughout the house is also very questionable. The reception is only open from 8:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. and again from 1:30 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. During this time the front door is usually open all the way to the back. Anyone from the street can enter the house and get to the first floor without anyone noticing. The reception is one room further and very winding, with no view of the entrance area. The guest rooms all have a normal room door with a hand latch and a normal room lock. You have to lock the door every time you leave the room because there is no knob.As soon as the reception is not occupied, the front door is closed and you can enter as a guest with a numerical code. This has probably never been changed because obviously only 3 keys on the keypad are ever used. Any 6 year old will be able to crack this code...We have experienced the fact that the staff has no idea what kind of people come in and out here. So the accommodation is called "Adult Only" and it is clearly written that this house is for people over 18 years old. Then why do small children aged 2 to 4 keep running through the house who haven't even rented a room here?! The staff didn't notice or care. The house is completely noisy, you have the feeling that you are sleeping in the hallway, especially in the morning when everyone is running to breakfast. If you're unlucky, a few drunken pensioners will sit in the garden pavilion in the evening and smoke the whole time, so that all the smoke goes into the rooms. It is also unclear why it is even called “Hotel Das kleine Glück”. This is not a hotel! There are requirements for using this term that are clearly not met here. There are no more than 20 guest rooms here, there is no restaurant, there is no permanently manned reception, the staff seems untrained and constantly seems overwhelmed and hectic. Everyone doesn't wear name tags or uniforms, so you can't even identify them as staff. We cannot explain how the many positive reviews came about. All of this wouldn't be so dramatic if you didn't pay so much money for so little performance. The property is also just under 50 minutes' walk from the main beach. We could have checked into a real hotel for that money, but we decided to do so because of the recession and draw on our experience. We will not recommend this accommodation. Nevertheless, Sankt Peter-Ording is beautiful and definitely worth a trip!

A beautiful and above all quiet hotel. The bed is very comfortable, you wake up in the morning without any pain. Breakfast and service are top, and the small, well-kept garden invites you to linger in the evenings. We would be happy to come back.

A very nice small hotel with 14 rooms. Without children, very quiet! Very friendly and competent staff. Clean and nice cozy furnished rooms. The breakfast is balanced, good selection, there is something for everyone. I was there alone, next time I'll definitely be with a partner. This time with partner, it was very nice, relaxing. I can only recommend the bus to everyone, it saves you having to look for a parking space and slows down the journey. The bottle of water this time was very disappointing as it was just tap water in a refillable bottle.

Now I was there! Rooms are just about appropriate for the price. (I didn't find hygiene that good) Breakfast was appropriate for the price, but not special! Service very friendly and nice! But if I had read when booking that dogs were welcome, I would never have booked! Was run over by a dog in the garden...and the thought that dogs slept in the bed is just not mine! I also booked an "early bird rate" and was promised a large double room (with a picture) and a sparkling wine or something similar for breakfast...! I got neither! It was also interesting that when I left, the lady at reception couldn't find my name in the room I was in...! I feel “ripped off”! The hotel is quiet, but very far away. I won't book again as I'm really disappointed! I was clearly ripped off and financially “ripped off”! Rooms etc. didn't match the booking and I had to pay in advance (also unusual for a hotel...) For me it was a big "rip-off" and I feel totally betrayed! Really sad for the money! NEVER AGAIN!!!

We felt very comfortable for the second time now! Breakfast buffet is very rich and is always replenished immediately if something is missing! Dogs are very welcome and the staff is very friendly and helpful! The house and garden are very well maintained and leave a lasting impression! ❤️❤️
