The guesthouse is beautifully located in the residential area of Eisensachs. In keeping with the name, there are pictures and objects of fraternity origin on the walls.The innkeepers are very friendly and helpful.

No public refrigerator for guesthouse guests. We were there on two consecutive days when the restaurant was closed and we were neither offered anything cold to drink nor were we taken care of. Although the landlord was always behind the counter and in the dining room. Furthermore, the already cheap hand soap was added water. Breakfast was also very spartan, cheap baked rolls that had already been baked 2 hours before. On the two days we were guests there were unbearable temperatures of around 30 degrees, we constantly had to worry about where we could get cold drinks, even though, as already mentioned, we stayed overnight in an inn. All in all, poor customer service.

The Pension Zum Burschen is just a few minutes' walk from the city center, halfway to the fraternity monument.The house is a bit old-fashioned, but the owners are super friendly and nice.Breakfast is served in consultation at the time and there is coffee, orange juice and a sufficient selection of cold cuts.Our room had a small winter garden, which we really liked and the room itself was also nice and big.It was a bit of a shame that instead of a double bed there were two single beds at different ends of the room, but it was fine for the few nights we were there.

Quietly located guesthouse in Eisenach. It's only a few minutes walk to the city center. The main train station is also not far. Check in was very quick. The hosts are very friendly and helpful. Our room (double room) was spacious and clean. There is also a garden and a restaurant. We particularly liked the fact that it was quiet and there were still restaurants, cafés and shopping opportunities nearby. Top price-performance ratio 👍

Very nice accommodation, practical furnishings, quiet without a small fridge, this would be appropriate especially in the very warm season, nice bathroom (with almost everything you need - but no hairdryer) nice hosts in a really nice villa area. Approx. 5 minutes walk from the old town center where the large Geneindehaus and Göthe Haus are also located. The Wartburg is about three quarters of an hour away at a leisurely pace [holiday mode]. The distance to the fraternity's monument is also very good, [highly recommended] good walk about 20 minutes away. Negatively, no own parking space, you have to park on the side of the road, but there is free parking without a parking disc somewhere else and they really collect money there. The accommodation is neither!! Suitable for disabled people as there are steps and stairs everywhere (located above the street). Breakfast was ok, we were full. The coffee ☕️ was good. The dining room where breakfast is served is relatively dark and a bit spooky. All in all, the accommodation is highly recommended because of the good location and friendliness.👍

Very warm welcome and nice place for a picturesque stopover not far from the magnificent castle which is worth the walk...it's a climb! ..you can go to the interior courtyard of the castle without paying and drink a beer on the terraces. Hearty traditional breakfast. I advise.

Very nice, lovingly furnished and clean guesthouse.... Food is highly recommended and you can even look over the chef's shoulder!!! Big praise... keep it up!!!!
