The house is quite nice but:- Very inexpensive equipment- The beds are 20 cm above the ground, have no slatted frames and only cheap, thin mattresses. So not for older people, those with limited mobility or those who are stronger. There isn't much space between the wall and the bed.- The shower downstairs is very small.- Defective chairs on the terrace were not replaced despite complaints.- Entrance to the terrace almost overgrown- Fence for dog owners very low- The area is great, but we won't be coming back to this house

Unfortunately I have to agree with my previous poster! We were there over New Year's Eve. Arrived Saturday afternoon and evening andwere allowed to clean first. A cute holiday home in itself. Washing machine and dishwasher as well2 shower rooms available. All old discarded unstable furniture thrown together. Wardrobe and mirror attached to the wardrobe on the same side so that this toois unstable. The cot is careful! Only forSuitable for children under 1 year! Our daughterwould have climbed out and fallen. Good thing we dohad our travel cot with us. The children's roomis more of a storage room. UpstairsDead, flattened livestock everywherewalls. Cobwebs everywhere. Broken glassesand bedside lamp shades. In the hole houseDog hair!! That is not how it works! Not beddingreally clean. The kitchen faucet is not attached.Water runs on the patio door when it rains heavilypure. dusty decorations and cuddly toys.Socks under the bed upstairs....Bathroom not really clean. bottle caps andRolls/eggshell crumbs under the dining table...Unfortunately our 1.5 year old discovered it quickerlike us. Drill dust on the curtain rail, fromthe patio door. And worst of all, I thinkPersonally, however, that the landlords run a building cleaning company! Have theVacation ended up being cut short early. There were five of us there, a married couplewith toddler, middle 36,37 & 1.5 years. & the mother-in-law with her partner, both in their early 70s. The partner iscame especially from Spain for this purpose. Havethe facts were described there and then it wassaid that we could have had it cleaned afterwards. We then pointed out our arrival day/time and then all we got was: oh yes, that's right, that would have been difficult...

In itself a nice little holiday home, but there are a few shortcomings:- Mattresses totally worn out- Kitchen faucet not attached- No thorough cleaning, the corners are left out and there are spiders everywhere on the ceilings- the access to the terrace is overgrown- Half of the patio furniture is broken- Rooms are very narrow and cluttered- Children's toys for the garden in the terrace hut, but more than half of them are broken

A very cozy little holiday home that offers everything you need (including washing machine and dishwasher). Quietly located and just a few minutes walk from the north town center. You can also reach Norddeich in a few minutes by car. I felt completely at home with my daughters and our two dogs and will definitely come back.
