At the beginning of October 2024, based on a recommendation, we were able to spend a week on vacation with the Reinders family and we are completely thrilled.The wonderful breakfast and the effort that Ms. Reinders puts in 7 days a week is simply praiseworthy. The beautiful seat in the winter garden, which was set up for us even though it was our first time there, still leaves us speechless. Such warmth!!!! We didn't lack anything at all and we would love to come back and can only recommend the hotel.Thank you very much, dear Reinders family, for the unforgettable days with you!!!!!Corina K. and G.G.

No recommendation, rooms were offered and shown as free, after entering all required personal data & confirmation email from the booking system, radio silence. No contact, no final confirmation

Not recommendable. The mattresses had mildew stains. The upholstery of the faux leather chairs was worn out. There was a towel in the bathroom that we would only use as a cleaning cloth at home. The wallpaper was peeling off in places and was partially painted over. The paint was peeling off the doors that didn't close properly.The breakfast was nothing either. There was e.g. slimmed down chocolate crossaints.The owners were very unfriendly.This hotel is in urgent need of renovation. It is absolutely not recommended.

We have been enjoying coming to Norddeich for over 30 years and always book Reinders Hotel, which we can highly recommend to all holidaymakers. Mrs. Reinders and her husbandare always extremely friendly and helpful to the guests. The location, right on the dike, is ideal for walks by the sea, cycling tours or trips to the islands!We have always recovered well and feel very comfortable at Reinders.

Very good location Ms. Reinders was always friendly, had a room with a terrace, everything was very clean, the only thing is that the seats in the room are a little worn, maybe new ones but otherwise great, definitely come again. Mg Mr. Thiemens 👍

Rooms are a bit old, a renovation might be the right thing to do, but they are clean. Mattresses great, could sleep really well. Breakfast great. Price is definitely high because of the excellent location. Still definitely a recommendation from us.

We were looking for somewhere to stay overnight in the beautiful Norddeich for a quickly planned short trip (Thu-Sun).We then found these in the Hotel Reinders.Once there, we were warmly welcomed.The room was small, but completely ok for us and, above all, clean. Thanks for that!The beds were comfortable, but the bathroom was also quite small - it didn't bother us😉.In the morning there is a good breakfast between 8 and 10 a.m., which was always a good start to the day.A refrigerator with plenty of drinks was available for the rest of the day and night (a reasonable surcharge).Oh yes, the location is directly behind the dike (including the stairs) and not far from the “main mile” of the northern dike.Conclusion: we would like to come back if we want to travel to Norddeich 👍

No booking was made. The operator was extremely rude and unprofessional on the phone. When it was mentioned that the price would be 100.00 euros cheaper on a booking portal, they simply hung up. Then we book somewhere else and look forward to the beautiful Bensersiel.

I can only recommend the rooms are clean and the breakfast buffet is very good and plentiful and the staff is really very friendly and accommodating. We will definitely be back. Thanks for the time with you

We stayed at the hotel for an extended weekend with 5 couples and were very satisfied. Ms. Reinders is totally friendly and accommodating. We were there quite early and were allowed to use the parking lot for free and also occupy the rooms. The bathrooms are really small but sufficient. The breakfast was good and tasty. The location is of course brilliant. Hence, again and again

Extremely unfriendly operators. The operator is just money-obsessed and unfriendly. Worse than a guard dog. 5€ for fifteen minutes of parking. Definitely not recommended.

I can't say anything about the apartments or the hotel because there was no rental agreement. No matter which page I went to, the apartments were always shown as free. Booking was only possible via telephone. Mr. Reinders is a very arrogant, cheeky fellow who apparently wasn't taught decency. The only advice here is to stay away from this guy. You shouldn't do business with people like that. I will also report this to the portals where he is represented.

I can't understand some of the reviews. We were guests of the Reinders family at the turn of the year and were very satisfied.The rooms were comfortably furnished. The bathroom was a bit small, but everything was clean.The breakfast was very tasty and varied. Ms. Reinders was very friendly and accommodating. Because of my rye allergy I can't eat rye bread. Mrs. Reinders tried to get me a suitable loaf of bread.The location is also ok.All in all - we will definitely come back to the hotel and can recommend it to others.Marina Klüter in January 2023
