The country inn is a 10 out of 10 in all areas, the service is great, the staff is super friendly, the rooms are very well furnished and very clean. The restaurant is very inexpensive and tasty, a real recommendation.

The location, the very attentive service and the renovated rooms with a view of the Feldberg are simply great. Don't forget the peace and quiet. Many excursions can be started from here.Not to forget the pleasant cosiness and very tasty dishes in the rustic restaurant as well as the care. This is all you hope for when you book a room in a family hotel. The room was good. The view from the balcony was perfect. Nice cows! The restaurant was what you expect. Great food and beer. Very excellent service. Guests getting acquainted. Perfect and in a very wonderful area. In the surrounding area there is so much to see and do. Perfect.

Since I really like the Black Forest, we ended up at this inn this year.The location is really great, the view from the room was fantastic and the room was great and beautifully rustic.We were warmly welcomed for breakfast and it was also very tasty. The dinner is also impeccable. Also great for hikers, as the farm is located directly on the Westweg.PS: You should make reservations for dining in high season.Definitely recommended and thanks to the hosts for the lovely days!

We were guests at the inn yesterday and can only say that we liked the Rinderbäckle. We were just about to pay when the guest (from a previous review) complained loudly in the full guesthouse. The setting and volume were completely inappropriate. Nevertheless, the waitress apologized and tried to explain the delay. It's obvious that homemade beef rolls take longer than salad and soup.We always find the food and service impeccable.

After almost an hour the waitress still hadn't brought my food and the guests at the next table who arrived half an hour after me had already been served soup and salad, I wanted to leave in protest, but the waitress treated me stupidly instead of apologizing. Then she suddenly brought the food. The Bäckle with chanterelles was ok, but not very seasoned. The potato dumplings were so rubbery and hard that you had to use a knife to chop them up.My conclusion: not recommended
