A very nice, quiet campsite on the Oder. A nice river for the kids to build dams. With a playground. Friendly relaxed owners. Our power cable was too short, he will bring an extra cable with the electric scooter. The sandwiches are delivered to the tent every morning. What a service. When we were unlucky with a flat bicycle tire, we were allowed to patch it in his workshop and use the compressor. Beautiful area for cycling and walking.Sanitary facilities are dated, but clean. That's the most important thing. We were here last week and enjoyed the relaxed atmosphere.Price/quality ratio is just right.Owners are busy renovating sanitary facilities.

This campsite is an absolute insider tip. Here you have everything you need if you want to relax. And to be honest, the owner has hung a bird song player in every tree 🤣🤣🤣 A chirping.. Paradise must be here... Many thanks to Frank, Birgit and Luffy

Service what do you mean bicycle rental, we just had to go to the places.Showering the drain the floor incorrectly tiled a water ballet. The administrators were only seen behind the hatch of the counter.Information about the area was missing or yellowed and impossible to read.No action was seen during construction and we were not the only ones, the campsite was reasonably occupied.Bread service was excellent, delicious and warmThe spot on the meadow has an unprecedented viewThe dress with name looks a bit shabby, that's your face and in our opinion it could be a bit more cheerful, it's your business card after all.We researched everything in the area via GoogleThere is no WiFi, not even at the reception, which is nowadays a must, even for people who have to use the internet for work, that can't be that difficult after all.Overall summary, the campsite did not radiate much professionalism, which I think is a shame. But despite all this we had a wonderful holiday.

Cozy campsite with very personal service. There is an animal life that beats everything. Never have I seen so many large birds of prey circle so closely above me. At night, you hear the gurgling of the Oder River, mixed with a diverse, almost tropical soundscape of birdsong. The campsite is close to main road 27, which gives easy access to the large and extensive natural areas in the Harz (unfortunately, the road is also a source of some traffic noise, so it is recommended to choose a tent pitch at the back of the site. While we were at the site, we experienced a fantastic Northern Lights !

Relaxed but seriously outdated campsite. (Ladies) Sanitary facilities renovated, but taps are turned the wrong way, and 1 large water ballet because it was installed incorrectly. The 2nd sanitary building is closed 'due to storm damage', but it was more like 1 large, unmaintained spot at the back of the campsite. Shame! Because there is enough potential. Shopping by bike is easy, but otherwise you are at the mercy of 80 roads. Didn't see anything about lighting a fire together or doing yoga. Shame! Pizza was fine!

We were very satisfied overall and really enjoyed our time in the log cabins. The bread service is also great. It was always clean, nothing was missing. Small, older campsite with charm and space in nature.
