The place I recommend but the apartment where this hotel doesn't have men or women staying. The rooms are stinging, the bed is slim, no bath towels and no paper holder for the toilet. The fridge is dirty and......everything is slim. The worst room I've found in Kahnst Germany.The staff doesn't help change rooms and is aggressive.Not again in my life will visit this hotel.

Payment must be made in advance, now we know why... Despite proof of payment we were denied entry. When the booking was visible the next day, the rooms could be moved into. We then spent the night there and couldn't stand it anymore. Paid for 10 nights...Absolutely not recommended.

Level 0 but can't give less than one star. Give a wide berth! Dirty stench! Everything was destroyed, neglected and not repaired. Someone just takes money and doesn't invest. The Internet practically doesn't work. Hot water alternating with cold. I do not recommend!

For the price charged by the owner, there is not even a change of clean sheets provided, the rooms are cold, the water is sometimes cold, Wi-Fi is too weak for such a number of people, the kitchen is dirty, there is no working oven, one washing machine for the entire hotel, for there is a terrible smell in the corridor, the doors have gaps and the smells get into the room. The owner will not even provide a good vacuum cleaner or cleaning products, despite the lack of a cleaning person who could clean the common areas at least once a week, the overall cleanliness in this place is a disaster.

Failure is an understatement, even if you want to do something, you can't because the owner is not there or you can't contact him. Avoid as far as possible, it's not worth ruining the nerves of SB!!

A tragedy in every respect. Dirt, stench. No hot water (boiling water for a while), no lighting, no TV, very poor wi-fi, kitchen neglected, dirty, fridge not working properly (we put food out the window at night because it is colder outside than in the fridge). There are no appropriate pots for the induction hob, the second kitchen is disgusting (everything sticks). The owner does not respond to reported faults. He built a hotel just to make money, and not a small one at that... this place should be reported to the appropriate service. I DO NOT RECOMMEND !!!!!

I read some opinions of others, no matter from what period. Maybe older. We live in this guesthouse. And I don't agree with many of the opinions. The kitchen on the first floor is great (I don't have to have it in the room), there is a bathroom in the room, there is a fridge. What more could you want?! And the issue of cleanliness is up to the users. Common areas are taken care of together. It's enough for everyone to clean up after themselves - it's a matter of upbringing. We came back from work on Friday. The room was clean, the bathroom sparkled, the towels were changed. What's the problem?! Before leaving, the cleaning lady on the ground floor managed to ask if the bed linen should be changed. What is it about?! Where to complain?!

Terrible guesthouse, no living conditions. Very cramped rooms, dirty, sticky floors everywhere, cobwebs, dirty towels in the bathroom. There is no light in some rooms and door locks are broken. The kitchen is one on two floors and terribly cramped. The garden was terribly neglected, everything was cracked and broken. The grass is dry and not even mowed. Zero help from staff (almost none on site). There is only one washing machine for the entire guesthouse, and the kitchen is stinking. Parking for up to 5 cars. There is no such thing as silence at night at all. No constant water, alternating hot and cold. I would give zero stars, but I can't. I recommend avoiding this place!

I would like to give 0 stars because it's not even worth 1 star. It's hard to put into words what I had to go through in this guesthouse. It's dirty, the floor is sticky, it smells unpleasant, the furnishings are totally outdated and worn out. If you report this situation to the landlord, you will be assumed that you are only complaining about this because there is no money to pay for the rooms and will be threatened with a lawsuit, then the phone will be hung up. Unbelievable but true - in my opinion this guesthouse is not recommended!!!!! The landlord is a lawyer, he doesn't tolerate any complaints in this regard and also throws around laws and paragraphs - I therefore recommend - stay away, NO GOOD PENNEN.de

Top pension, although it is a bit old and in need of repair. However, many advantages such as a shared kitchen, washing machines, garden. Room 28 even has a kitchen in the living area. Great price per night. On the whole better than some hotels.

Cruel cramped space. The kitchen is shared by the entire floor and is always occupied. It will be okay for an emergency for a few days, but only in an emergency.

There is one kitchen on the second and third floors, where there is a catastrophic lack of utensils to cook with, the wi-fi is simply dead, not only does it turn itself off every 30 minutes, but it doesn’t work in the entire building
