Solid pub with solid food. We ate delicious asparagus with schnitzel etc. there. But we had reserved beforehand. Gladly again, we have reserved a goose dinner for the end of the year. And the landlord always has a quick comment about the service. There are also holiday apartments for overnight guests.Gladly again, greetings from here....

You don't see it from the outside, but behind the walls there are beautiful rooms. My room was very large with three beds, a sitting area with large TV and a complete kitchen including a microwave. The bathroom was spotless and I could enjoy the silence on the balcony. The breakfast buffet was simple but sufficient and the owners very friendly.

We stayed at the Gasthaus Jütte as a family. We ate onion schnitzel or schnitzel with a fried egg, each with fried potatoes. The schnitzel and fried potatoes were freshly prepared and tasted excellent. The ladies of the house were very friendly and we felt very comfortable. We liked the ambience with the tiled stove in the cozy dining room. The prices were fair, the portions were large. We would eat here again at any time.

I can't say anything about the rooms, I don't even know if there really are any... However, the hospitality hasn't changed since the 80s. In 1987 or 88 I and my friends from the youth room across the street were turned away with the words that we wouldn't turn on our deep fryer for three portions of fries. I thought back then that you could ruin your future like that. I've only been there once in the last 35 years for a celebration. So last weekend we stopped in for kale with Bregenwurst after a hike. The food was delicious 😋 and I was full; some fellow hikers would have liked larger portions. But being friendly will be different in 2023. Driving away guests is probably a tradition at Jütte. We received a very unfriendly welcome because we arrived 20 minutes later than agreed. Stupid, but a hike cannot be estimated 100% in terms of time. So we weren't there until 1:20 p.m. and the next guests arrived at 3 p.m. Nevertheless, we probably brought 350 to 450€ into the till. Since I haven't lived in the area for a long time, I don't care. Next year, however, when the next family hike comes up, we probably won't be back at Jütte.
