We celebrated our wedding here and it was the best decision we could have made! Whether it was the friendliness of the staff, the quality of the food or the location itself - everything was wonderful!!! We have never eaten as well as we did there and our guests were also extremely happy. Thanks also to dear Ivonne and Mike, you were world class. Thank you for letting us be your guests! The day will remain in our memories forever. 🥰

Great and rich buffet that left nothing to be desired. Attentive staff with perfect service. It's a shame it's closing at the end of the year. It would be nice if an adequate successor could be found.

We came all the way from Hamburg and were put in eternal queues at a mediocre buffet in a huge room with an endless number of participants.The dessert buffet was also just listlessly mixed puddings in various fruit flavors.Afterwards we paid 230 euros with 2 children and 2 adults, for 4 people.Here in Hamburg you can get the best in good restaurants for this priceFrench cuisine.The highlight was that at 3:30 p.m. after three and a half hours we were forced out again by turning off the lights.Conclusion: worst rip-off, and completely incomprehensible good reviews.

I was a guest at a wedding reception at this hotel and my impression was extremely positive. The location for the celebration was very nice and well organized. The staff was extremely attentive and ensured that all guests felt comfortable. The wedding reception went smoothly and was a great experience. Although I wasn't a room guest, I really appreciated the hospitality and service. Many thanks to the entire team for this unforgettable experience!

Dear Prinz team,We celebrated our wedding with you in June 2022 and wanted to once again express great praise to you. From the planning with Ivonne to the celebration, everything was just perfect.Every guest was regularly provided with drinks and the buffet (especially the rump steak from the grill) was terrific.A great outdoor area where you can sit nicely when the weather is good.We are happy that we celebrated at Prinz!
