4 nights, little break. Upscale house including amenities ++! Extra entrance area, separate storage room, high-quality kitchen, shower room as a final stage! The bedrooms/beds were very comfortable. The design of the house was implemented perfectly in every detail!An almost perfect concept for us. Smooth communication - no questions asked. The location at almost 800 meters above sea level and right at the entrance to the forest is mystical and perfect at the same time!

We stayed in the chalet for four nights. The chalet is wonderful. The furnishings are of very, very high quality and the many small details make the stay perfect.The service is more than first class. Starting with the support after booking (information about the accommodation and the surrounding area) through to the very well-organized arrival (Sauerland card, access data).A special thank you goes to the “good soul” on site (Mrs. Kretzschmar). She is always available and took care of everything straight away (a light in the dining room flickered a bit and she immediately replaced it). All around a perfect location. We'll definitely be back...

Lonely located at the top of the mountain (jump) directly on the hiking trail. Cozy houses that don't miss out on anything. Tastefully and modernly furnished, well equipped. Everything was very generous. Service-oriented, uncomplicated and friendly communication before, during and after our stay.There were 9 or 10 of us and we had both rented BREATHING PAUSE houses. Everyone had room in one house to eat; The equipment was also sufficient. We had a great week in Sauerland - even though it rained almost non-stop for three days...Thank you very much for the ATEMPAUSE team!

We booked the “Große Sehnsucht” with three generations and are totally thrilled!For us six adults with a baby and two dogs, it was exactly the respite that its name promises!We enjoyed every corner of the spacious house and the well thought-out furnishings and loving furnishings gave us a perfect time!The courteous support in advance and the loving contact person on site left nothing to be desired. We were able to rent the breathing space last weekend and were so positively surprised. The chalet has been furnished with great attention to detail and leaves nothing to be desired. Thanks to the high-quality wooden construction, it is a game of modern and cozy at the same time. Everything has been thought of in the house...washing machine, dryer, Nespresso, milk frother, fireplace...soundbar...everything is there 👍During the holiday we were visited twice to ask if everything was OK and it was, great!!Gladly again

Better than good and more than a surprise!Enjoyed a small holiday at their beautiful house "Kleine Auszeit" and this is a hidden jam at the border of the Roothaar Steig.Perfectly build and from A to Z also in this house was perfectly assembled. Want to kook yourself? All stuff in perfect condition and included the best of the best...Don't forget to drink and eat a small snack at Landschaft Gashaus in Schanze. Young couple just have taken over this business and will build up a nice place to enjoy a beer or glass of wine.

We stayed in Chalet Große Sehnsucht for a few days. The chalet is excellent, very well thought out and furnished with great attention to detail. Thanks to the charming guest service, we felt very welcome. The quiet location makes relaxation perfect. Highly recommended. 👍

Five of us stayed in the “Große Sehnsucht” chalet for a weekend and we were all very excited. A winter wonderland welcomed us! The two chalets are located directly on the Rothaarsteig, the paths are well signposted and you can just start walking. The chalet itself leaves nothing to be desired. It is equipped to a very high standard, a highlight is the fireplace and the sauna. The bathrooms are spacious and the rooms themselves are beautifully designed. Lots of little details like emergency lighting at night when you have to go to the toilet. Everything has simply been thought of. Our guest relations manager was fantastic and super nice and helpful, we immediately felt welcome. We will definitely come back to this relaxing, decelerating and beautiful place.

A beautiful 5-star holiday home on the edge of Schanze directly on the Rothaarsteig. Tastefully and comfortably furnished, it leaves little to be desired. There is also an “all-round feel-good service” from the very nice and attentive guest relations staff. We were also lucky that there was enough snow during our stay. Simply incredibly beautiful! A very clear recommendation! We were definitely not there for the last time.

Incomparable holiday home concept in Schmallenberg-Schanze!Beautiful architecture and interior design. The chalet is also very well equipped. The three-sided glazed fireplace in the living-dining area creates an absolute feel-good atmosphere, especially in winter.The wellness bathroom in the large hut has a sauna and bathtub with a view of the forest, which, together with the outdoor shower, was the highlight for us. Pure relaxation is guaranteed here and you'll want to move in straight away.

Great holiday homes, high quality and tastefully furnished!We recovered very well. There are many hiking opportunities right on the doorstep. However, the town of Schanze is quite small; There are no restaurants within walking distance if you don't want to cook in the super-equipped kitchen. We had nice contact with the landlords who were on site shortly. We will be back!
