Unfortunately, one star is one too many. Every week I book a few rooms across Germany for my employees via HRS. Unfortunately I have to cancel this booking, I overlooked when booking that it wasn't a 6pm reservation, my mistake. After a phone call with HRS, the friendly employee informed me that a cancellation by the hotel was not possible and that 100% of the price would be due. I then called the hotel myself and explained my concerns in a friendly manner. A not particularly friendly gentleman explained to me that it was normal for you and that I was unlucky. So far so good, the booking is only in 4 weeks and I asked for an accommodating solution, but was immediately interrupted. I would have liked to pay 20-30% cancellation fees, but not 100%. After I thanked me for the customer-friendly attitude and said that I would honor it with a top rating on Google, the gentleman totally freaked out and hurled various personal insults. I have rarely experienced something so unprofessional. I would rather spend the night in a car than ever book there again.

Within seconds the gentleman on the phone drifted into a very unfriendly and unconstructive tone. You shouldn't expect to be able to arrive after 10 p.m. as the hotel unfortunately cannot afford a PIN key box (for 30 euros). In my opinion there is a difference between "Arrival possible after 6 p.m." and the reception times until 10 p.m. I also cannot understand the requirement to be present when arriving late, as the operator had my credit card details and charged them in full despite not using the room. Please get a key box! Given the possible delays of the DB, no one can now be 100% sure that they will always arrive on time. In this case, simply put the key in the box and send the customer all the necessary information in an email or you could write "Check-in only within reception hours".

It's not the Alps or the sea. But you can't get such accommodation there for that price. Centrally located, but still quiet, close to the train station. The apartments are very large and beautifully designed. Parking is monitored directly in front of the accommodation. Great for long stays, e.g. Mondays. The landlord is super nice. Staying here - you can't go wrong.

Personal opinion: never again! I spend five days a week in hotels and apartments for work, and you rarely experience something like this.What topped it off was that from 2100 the heaters went cold (not lowered, but cold) and from 0700 they slowly warmed up again. This was at 3 degrees outside temperature, which meant that I was able to drink my coffee in a sweater and jacket in the morning. General statement from the owner: just because a guest gets up early (0600 ???) we don't turn on the heating, we move them out. Very weird. I immediately booked new accommodation through our company service provider. This? From my experience: absolutely NOT recommended.

Lots of space, everything clean, affordable price, central location, friendly landlord. We rented the apartment (suite) for two with two bedrooms. You could easily accommodate four people here. The rooms were clean and tidy, in the kitchen you can find everything you need for cooking and there were enough towels. From here you can quickly get to the city or the train station and there are shops (Aldi) just around the corner. We liked it here.

The beginning was a bit rocky, but the good souls from the house are still very warm and accommodating. I felt very comfortable, the rooms were large. All in all great stay. Highly Recommended.

Very friendly owner took us up to the apartment and showed us around. Tea coffee sugar milk and cold drinks waiting in the fridge all complimentary very clean 2 bedroom end apartment with TVs in both rooms and wifi throughout couldn't fault the place. Had an excellent trip.
