Super nice owner with great ideas for daily trips. The rooms are equipped as standard, but it was enough for us. The breakfast was sufficient with rolls, yogurt, eggs and tea.

Nice house is close to the train station but that's not a problem at all. Rooms are cozy and functionally furnished and there is also a balcony with a table and 2 chairs. Everything is very clean and tidy. The breakfast is delicious with rolls, sausage, cheese, eggs, fresh jam and honey. Every day there is a bedtime treat on the pillow 😊 Ms. Eder is a kind-hearted hostess with lots of great suggestions for leisure activities. This is a great vacation for us. We'd love to come back. Thank you very much Ms. Eder ⭐️

We spent a week in the holiday apartment and really enjoyed it!The apartment is cozy and functionally furnished. Comfortable beds, immaculately clean and a beautiful view from the dining table. Small balcony one floor below.Ms. Eder is a very friendly host and is always there when you need her,Public transport can be reached in no time, shopping opportunities are just a few minutes away by car.Great value for money!

My, that was so nice with Mrs. Eder. We were allowed to choose the room, everything was sparkling clean, we had a beautiful view from the balcony and very comfortable beds. There is a communal fridge in the hallway for guests, which I found very pleasant because you could keep something cold for the evening.The location is a bit out of the way, but you don't have to pay Garmisch prices, where you get a lot less for more money. The location is between Garmisch and Mittenwald and the starting point is very good for activities.The breakfast is simple but lovingly prepared with regional products, we liked everything very much, it was the perfect start to the day.And then there is Mrs. Eder, who is a very lovely hostess, which everyone who books there will experience for themselves.We felt totally at home, can absolutely recommend the inn and would be happy to come back.

We were there for 4 nights. Can only warmly recommend the accommodation. Train station in front of the door and bus stop too. Everything can be reached quickly, the perfect location, whether skiing or hiking. The rooms are completely fine, TV WiFi is all there. Ms. Eder is simply a great innkeeper, she is very friendly, warm, accommodating and always has good tips for excursions.

Very familiar and warm. Quiet. Beds comfortable.Super easy to reach by car or train. Parking directly at the house. Train station and cross-country ski trail within walking distance. Ideal starting point for trips to Mittenwald, Garmisch, Lake Kochel or Austria.Always happy!

We stayed at Gästehaus Alfred with 6 people in the first week of January 2022 and booked 3 double rooms. The rooms are cozy and very clean and are maintained every day by the hostess. After a day of skiing, we returned time and again to a neat room with a new chocolate on the pillow. The breakfast is excellent! Hostess Eder is a sweet lady who really does everything she can to make your stay as pleasant as possible. Thank you Frau Eder, it was fantastic!

The rooms are cozy if a bit small but really very clean. Ms. Eder is a great host and always in a good mood and always has great tips for excursions. You feel like you're with family. We'll be back

Many thanks again to host Eder. She is very accommodating! And a kind-hearted soul!Two small negatives:1. Mattresses are worn out and need to be changed urgently2. Bathroom is terribly small and not suitable for people over 1.80 m tall.
