Good accommodation for a short vacation. The hotel is located above the actual town.Checking in and out is easy.The hotel has several houses. We stayed in the main house. Breakfast takes place in this building for all guests. There is WiFi in the house.The breakfast is sufficiently large and ranges from jam, sausage and cheese to homemade spreads.Unfortunately, breakfast is rather hectic as there is not enough space in the breakfast room for all guests.The food in the restaurant is very tasty, the price is perfect and the atmosphere and hospitality is very good.The room is simply furnished and has a small bathroom. A few repairs/renewals would be necessary here and there. The house is very noisy. There was a hairdryer in the bathroom and in the kettle in the room.In the garden there is a nice playground for the little ones.Price-performance ratio is right.

We bought a stay at Slevomat. We spent 4 days here with the dogs and it was very nice. The rooms and equipment are older and outdated, but for the price we thought it was ok, we won't suffer for luxury. There was a beautiful view of Klínovec from the window. The first morning was also a beautiful sunrise. The restaurant is nice, the food is good, the breakfast is also nice and the service is very pleasant. It was fine. 😊

Very nice view, the rooms are very dated and partly broken in many places; Water dripping from upper shower, mold etc. Food was ok. But a dog was left in the dining room, which is unbelievable, ANIMALS have no business eating.The employees are sometimes nice and polite but also a little strange.All in all a nice view but no “hotel feeling”

The area is a dream, the Hotel PAM is a nightmare, dirty, everything sticks, torn sheets, dirty hands and shower towels, no water to flush the toilet at times, no light outside on the first evening, sometimes mice in the room, who gives the hotel three stars gave is a mystery to me. Incidentally, the name hotel is also wrong, there is no reception, the accommodation was in different houses without a telephone, with entrances that are absolutely not for seniors or people with disabilities. My conclusion, never again PAM, if I could give stars it would be -1

Just confirming what they wrote below. Rooms in worse condition, half of things not working. Imperfect cleaning, sometimes torn sheets, dirty towels. Nothing we couldn't survive, but we certainly didn't expect it. The bed is comfortable, the pillow is big enough, not too soft. Poor soundproofing of the rooms between them (Dependance Bellevue).Food, as someone already mentioned, like in a school cafeteria. It was edible, but don't expect quality. Check-in and check-in were fast.

We were staying for one night, but we could imagine staying for more nights. The garden is suitable for children, there are animals and two playgrounds. A wonderful view of Klínovec from the garden. Breakfasts were ok.The only thing I missed in the room was a fridge, but that was just a detail.

Absolutely fantastic... the accommodation is just right, the kitchen is great and most importantly - the owner and Mr. Vogel take care of you from the first moment as if they were their own... a family atmosphere, we will be happy to come back ;-)Side note… ACS FOREVER!!!

We spent two nights in this accommodation. Good looking at first glance, on the other hand it's a shame that no one cares more about it, because it has potential. I don't mind the fact that the rooms have older furniture. What I really didn't like was the condition of the ceiling in the bathroom - see photo. In our room, there was only one light in the bathroom and one small lamp by the bed. We were given one washed towel per person. You can really hear everything from the corridor and other rooms.As for the restaurant. The staff is nice, helpful. They probably don't keep a drink ticket - we didn't get one. We ate half board. The breakfasts were fine, enough of everything. Dinners were worse - a choice of three dishes + soup. I would compare the food to a school canteen. Personally, I didn't find it very tasty, but that may be a matter of opinion.

What I would appreciate is an excellent location, where you can take a lot of trips in the fresh air. So there is no shortage of hiking or cycling here. The service was also very pleasant, they always went out of their way to help, advise and help. What I unfortunately have to take points down for is accommodation. The room was not completely clean, there was a wrapper from chips under the bed in the cupboard and a piece of cookie paper. There was no soap in the room and only one roll of toilet paper. There was only one socket in the room, we couldn't find another one. The walls are really thin so you can hear everything going on in the next room. We always had to wait longer for dinner because the restaurant was always crowded and the guests drank beer after the meal, so the tables were not freed up. As a result, we went to dinner 3 times and only sat down the third time. For less demanding people who want to spend time in the air, it is sufficient. After all, you go to the mountains because of the location and not because of the hotel, the staff makes up for the shortcomings a little, but unfortunately it is not at full capacity.

A great weekend stay in a quiet environment. The owner takes care of two abandoned features that are outdoor pride. There is also a children's playground.A relaxing place to recharge your batteries.

The hotel is very good if you are not there for a long time. The restaurant has a beautiful view from the window. We are beer lovers, there was no choice. We took Staropramen and it was very bitter for us. We took the chicken from and it was very tasty cooked. And they took the deer and didn’t like it, it was very childish and lived a lot. I highly recommend the landscape for the service
