We stayed with 5 people. Experience and enjoy the great mountain hotel in Hohegeiß. The two double rooms and the single room left nothing to be desired. The very friendly and courteous personal service from the hotel owners Anja and Han was so good that you could immediately feel at home there, only with the special advantage that the deceleration effect sets in immediately. The delicious breakfast buffet was also great. The humorous element of adjusting the different cooking times of the free-range chickens to the guest's wishes, whether hard or soft, hard or soft..., has already started the day with laughter and happiness. We will definitely come back for a longer vacation. We felt very comfortable there!!!!!!!P.SThere was no time pressure when we left. The nice room service lady radiated calm and no rush, even though the next guests were already arriving in the afternoon. Thanks!

What a magical hotel in an excellent location with really warm owners❤️ ❤️We were allowed to check in here for three nights and felt very comfortable! The room was newly renovated and tastefully decorated with great attention to detail.We slept like we were on clouds in a heavenly peace 🥰Not to forget the delicious breakfast and the personal support of the hotel owners, who are also geocachers like us!You can tell that the two of them put their heart and soul into this house and as a guest you can feel it in every corner.Thanks for everything, we'll be back! 🤗

The individual hotel is located on a slope with an unobstructed mountain view, beautiful! The welcome was warm and uncomplicated. You were shown around and everything was explained. The rooms are tasteful, homely/spacious and practical. There is space for the table games on offer. Many different drinks are offered in self-service in the lounge. The room was spacious, tasteful, cozy and sparkling clean. The breakfast was a dream that left nothing to be desired! We will be happy to come back and can only recommend the hotel!!! Thank you very much to the nice hosts!!!

If you prefer hotels to be cozy and human, this is the right place for you!We were there for 3 days (2 nights) and were looked after very well. On the first evening we booked a BBQ at the house and were immediately extremely surprised. Five courses were served on the table, all of which were very tasty and not too big or too much. Due to the size of the hotel, you have a close connection with the owners who make your stay almost like a family visit.The rooms are certainly not fully equipped, but they don't have to be since you're usually staying somewhere else (at least that's what happened to us). However, the rooms are also very well prepared, as the hotel was only taken over two years ago and has received a completely new facility.What struck me personally as positive is that Anja and Han still value trust, so the drinks you drank during your visit were noted on a tally list and accounted for on the day of departure. Where can you find something like that these days?All in all, this is exactly a hotel visit that I would like to have in other hotels!We would love to come back to the Harz and also back to you Anja and Han :-)

The hotel is beautifully situated on a hillside, with a wonderful view from the newly renovated and very attractive rooms. The hosts were always warm, fulfilled all wishes and conjured up a barbecue, the tastiest thing I've eaten in a long time.There is a drinks bar available at all times with non-alcoholic and alcoholic drinks, but coffee and tea are also available at any time.We spent really nice days in a wonderful atmosphere.Absolutely recommended!

Very lovingly furnished and clean. The hotel is beautifully located, I had a great view of the mountains from my room. The perfect starting point for all cyclists and hikers. The owners are super warm and accommodating. Anja and Han organized a barbecue evening for our group; we haven't eaten so well in a long time. 👍 Thank you for the great time with you. We'll be back!

Nice hotel in a central location in the Harz. From here you can reach the entire area within an hour. In addition, a nice couple who run the hotel, who have time for a chat in the morning and come up with nice tips for how to spend the day. All in all a great hotel to stay in!

· We were warmly welcomed by the owners Anja and Han and were always provided with valuable excursion tips and advice! The hotel is in a wonderfully quiet location on a hillside with a view to the south. You can relax wonderfully on the idyllic meadow with deck chairs. We had one of the terrace rooms, which have already been renovated (including the bathrooms) and individually furnished. The rest of the rooms will follow later this year.We would definitely like to come back!

Wonderful hotel further up, with great views and quiet surroundings.The hotel is beautifully furnished so that you immediately feel at home here. Drinks, coffee, tea and a bar is open at any time.The front garden offers a large lawn for relaxing with great seating and lounging options.Everything was wonderful, very friendly and family-friendly, we'll be back!
