We booked with this company via Booking and were there two weeks ago. If everything goes well and you just get the keys, a good rating seems to be justified for many people here. But if problems arise, as we did with a defective balcony door upon arrival, then everything could look completely different. For example, we were not informed that the door could not be used. Spend the whole vacation on the phone with different people here. One knew nothing about the other. Then it should be looked at. But no one came. Then the damage report was recorded, justifications and phone calls with the landlord. The reviews on booking said that the balcony door had been broken for two weeks beforehand. Nobody knew this when we arrived. The landlord and the company then tried to accommodate us with 10%. Because we couldn't use the balcony throughout our vacation. In the end, after asking again, a long time after the vacation of 877.00 euros (in the end it was more that was added), 56.55 euros were transferred back. This is really hard to believe. At the end I would also like to mention the cleanliness here again. Take a closer look at the holiday homes. Superficial cleaning is done here. We cannot recommend this company more.

We had the apartment at Mühlenstrasse 19 • Apartment 4 ♡ The facilities were very good • Underfloor heating • Washing machine • A well-equipped kitchen • Everything was very clean • Fly screens everywhere • A great balcony with evening sun • Lockable storage for our bicycles ♡ Each apartment comes with it a little house in front of the door!!! 3 minutes walk to the harbor on the Bodden! Delicious fish sandwiches ♡and great ambience!!! To the pier through the pedestrian zone ♡ Oh yes: good mattresses (we slept very well) It was a great vacation ♡ THANK YOU VERY MUCH ❤️

We talked about the P.I.K. GmbH rented the house “Wuschels Huett”. We can't say anything negative about PIK. They really tried. We wouldn't rent "Wuschels Hütt" again. At this price you can expect decent performance. The dishes and cutlery were mixed together and partly dirty. Otherwise the house wasn't particularly clean (brooms with big dust mice). Between the cushions, several spiders have settled in the shed, etc. The house is very, very simply furnished. A cozy get-together with Urlaub Fehling didn't happen. We stopped and continued, despite the costs. I don't want to write anything else.

We stayed with 4 people in the Parkresidenz am Hafen, apartment 23.The apartment is newly renovated and very tastefully decorated. Nothing is missing in terms of amenities, the box spring beds are very comfortable and the windows can be darkened with shutters. Despite the direct location to shops and restaurants, it is very quiet. It's a shame that the bathroom was excluded from the renovation. Everything is there, but the shower has seen better days. All in all it was a great holiday in Zingst, we were certainly not there for the last time and can give a clear booking recommendation.

We have been coming to the FW Nautilus for a few years and are actually very satisfied. Top location, peace and relaxation are pre-programmed. Unfortunately we weren't so happy with the cleanliness this year, there were cobwebs all over the apartment, you should also look up when cleaning, the cleaning is expensive enough that you can ask for something like that, and it would also be worth having a good scrubbing cloth in the apartment Leave something behind that you can wipe up in the bathroom and there could also be cleaning products such as bathroom cleaner. This was our second time in Zingst, to the Hanseatic League. The apartment had everything you needed, very comfortable, we felt very comfortable.The location of the apartment is perfect, in a quiet location but just a minute away from the action, a few minutes walk to the beach, everything is great 👍.

Haus Frieda near the harbor in Zingst offers everything you need for six people, including a swing, sandpit, carport and spacious storage room for bicycles, etc.

This was our fifth time in Zingst. 2x in the holiday apartment " Farbenspiel " in Hoppenberg 9 ground floor on the right and 3x in the apartment on the ground floor on the left in Hoppenberg 9. The apartment " Farbenspiel " is much more modernly equipped and makes a cleaner and more well-kept impression than the apartment on the ground floor on the left. This one is a bit more rustic and looks a bit outdated. The cleanliness could be better.The location is great! Quietly located with a small terrace and garden. You can walk to the beach in 5 to 10 minutes. We would have liked to book one of these apartments again for our summer vacation next year, but unfortunately all possible times during the Hessian summer vacation are already fully booked. And the Farbenspiel apartment has not been bookable through PIK for three years.So next year we'll go to Prerow and spend our vacation there. 😉

We really liked the WE6 'Strandperle' and the entire residential complex including underground parking, etc. The central location almost on the pier and directly behind the dike is brilliant. We would be happy to recommend the house.
