Delicious food and really great service from an older lady.What I don't like is that no dogs are allowed indoors. As long as it stays that way, unfortunately we won't be coming back.Addendum, after this outrageous and customer-unfriendly answer, 1 star will be downgraded. Customers don't seem to be worth anything.

A beautiful house as you would expect in this area...You feel very comfortable here. A very rustic interior continues the positive impression...simply great. The service is great and if it doesn't work so quickly, so what? You have time. We're on vacation here!!!! So whatever, the girl is doing great!!! ....The kitchen also does a great job. You have to experience the Bernauer Töpfle or the Jägerschnitzel....Super tasty... everything you need as a vacationer is offered here....All the best and hopefully see you soon.

Very unfriendly to dogs and the landlady is very unfriendly. Food was okay but I wouldn't come there again just because of the food.

Unfortunately, we have been locked out as dog owners in the future. Because this year I have to find out that dogs are no longer allowed.We wanted to go to dinner with 16 people and there was a sign on the door saying dogs were no longer allowed.Unlucky!!!

A cute restaurant with the charm of grandma's dining room and just a place to feel good. The outdoor area is nicely designed and covered. The food was really great, as was the price. The selection wasn't huge for vegetarians, but it was sufficient for my purposes. Only the breading of the schnitzel was a little greasy. All in all the food gets 5 stars. The restaurant seems to be family-run and the couple who run it did everything completely on their own. She in service, he in the kitchen. And you're happy to wait a few minutes.

Very, veryUnfriendly landlady, we had been coming for 20 years before, it was always nice, now it's no longer a place to feel comfortable. Crooked looks too, because there was a dog with us. It's a shame, a shame, the food wouldn't be bad, but unfortunately... you should only host with us Joy, we all have to work...

Food excellent. Very large, inviting beer garden that was renovated a few years ago. Friendly service, very reasonable prices. Location in the core of a small, quiet, very idyllic village.

Only the restaurant is rated because we didn't spend the night:Quaint and cozy atmosphere. Nice and courteous service. Waldhaus is served on tap in a Steinkrug 😍.Jägerschnitzel, medallions and Geschnezeltes (Bernauer Topf 🤔) were excellent, more than sufficient and attractively prepared.If you like inns and appropriate food, you won't be disappointed here.It is advisable to make a reservation by phone as the restaurant was full until the last table.
