The very good food in the restaurant is only topped by the fantastic waiter...an absolute unique item that is second to none. Here you can tell that the employees enjoy their work, which makes an evening at the Bären a real feel-good experience.

The hotel is very nice and idyllic. Ideal for relaxing. The house is very clean and well maintained. The service is very friendly and accommodating. The food is excellent and everything is freshly prepared. We can fully recommend the house.

The hotel is in a relaxed, beautiful location. The waiter is very friendly, humorous and attentive. We felt very comfortable there. We can only recommend it. Furthermore, the boss is also an excellent cook who prepares everything himself. The food is really very good.

We stayed at the Hotel Bären for 3 nights. The rooms are clean and cozy. The breakfast was delicious and the service was excellent. The staff is super friendly and the restaurant is also great. The place is nice and quiet and great for hiking. Konus card is also included if you want to go somewhere by bus. Definitely coming back!

My wife and I went hiking in Menzenschwand for a week and ate at Bären in Bernau pretty much every evening. Everything was perfect there! From the super friendly and always in a good mood waiter, who, by the way, managed the entire operation on his own, to the great food at absolutely normal prices and also the beautiful and quiet location with a view of nature. One thing is certain for both of us: we can recommend the restaurant without hesitation and will definitely come back!

We went for a motorcycle ride and felt very comfortableas the hotel has a very good location. Eating soup and the condition is friendly. The price performance was very good. I can recommend the hotel to every motorcyclist.

We come to Bernau regularly every year and always enjoy eating at the Hotel Bären 🤩 Great food, the best selection of drinks and clearly the best service in the world. Yesterday I was at the Bären restaurant with my family. I had called ahead to reserve a table. When we were there, we were greeted very friendly by the waiter. The reserved table was very nice with a great view. The restaurant is really beautifully decorated, very clean and we felt very comfortable. The waiter was very friendly and nice, he went out of his way to make sure we had a nice time there. Bären is the perfect restaurant for families with children. It is very child friendly. The waiter brought cute stuffed animals for my daughter and also gave her a small gift at the end. It was said: We always have something for children :).The food was perfect. Very tasty pizzas and meat dishes.The whole family was very satisfied.We definitely recommend the restaurant!

We spent 3 nights at the hotel, half board. We were 8 French hikers and a dog.Lots of good humor and human warmth.An original and teasing server.Very pleasant cuisine, but as Roberto immediately warned me, we don't come here to lose weight. He was right.A great adaptation for meals for those who don't eat pork.Comfortable rooms with deliciously old-fashioned decoration.Excellent value for money.Very pleasant stay.

We went to the Bären restaurant as a family with a small child and a dog. The service was extremely friendly and loved children, the food was perfect! The beautiful, cozy ambience, the friendly, accommodating atmosphere and, above all, the great food completely convinced us. We will definitely come back and can only recommend everyone to visit this restaurant!
