A very chic and tastefully decorated restaurant. Everything was very clean and well maintained, the sanitary facilities were in perfect condition and stocked with various hygiene products. Here you will find an appealing and incomparable ambience with flair, extremely friendly and attentive staff who understand how to give guests a great start to the day. We have been to Charlie's several times and enjoyed the excellent, rich breakfast buffet, a real highlight. Everything is really very fresh and extremely attractive and professionally presented. There is everything your heart desires, various types of bread and rolls, cakes and pastries, constantly changing hot dishes - from scrambled eggs, bacon, mushrooms, meat and fish, a large selection of delicious cheese and delicate sausage, fresh fruit and vegetables, great salads and delicious desserts, a variety of muesli, many types of coffee and tea, fresh juices and various little things for every taste. Here, as a guest, you can feast to your heart's content in peace and lavishness to start the day relaxed. It's just cozy and the price per person is great. So we definitely recommend it.

We were only guests in the restaurant, not in the hotel. A really nice atmosphere with super friendly staff and service. The food was very good (especially the desserts) we will definitely be back! Parking options are located nearby.

What a terrible hotel! Old, dirty, dusty. We had a family room. What a horror. The sofa bed was super bad. The bathroom had a bath without a standing shower. The water didn't drain either. And about the parking garage: terrible. Never this again. And that for this amount.

If you like more solid food in Nordhausen, this is the place for you. Attractive ambience with varied cuisine, very finely coordinated with wine accompaniment. I like it every time. 👍👌🏻🥂🍾 The hotel and lounge are also part of the restaurant.

Location is too convinient (2 minutes from the train/tram/bus station). Interior and exterior are really charming and impressive. Service was perfect. The food was over my expectations. Sure to be back next time when I travel to Nordhausen.

We came for breakfast with family and friends for the second time and were certainly not there for the last time. A very rich breakfast buffet and an inviting, stylish ambience make breakfast a small celebration.One star less because of the "traffic jam" at the coffee machine. A second would be desirable.

Yesterday we had breakfast at the Fürstenhof for the first time. We were very excited. A large selection of delicious dishes. Great platters of ham and cheese. A variety of fruit, yogurt and many other things. Special mention should be made of the nice young man, Louis Otto. He was super nice and friendly. Just the right person in the right place. We would love to come back.

A very nice location, the brunch was simply sensational, lots of selection and fresh products. The staff was friendly and attentive. The ambience was simply great. This was our first time in Nordhausen and we will definitely come again.

I was there for the first time today to enjoy the breakfast buffet. The service there was super nice. But all in all I wasn't particularly impressed. I think 39.80 euros for 2 people is very excessive. I definitely won't be there for breakfast again... sorry.

We were very satisfied with the service, but unfortunately the food did not meet our expectations for various reasons. The dishes, for example, were served without any preparation. The quality also left a lot to be desired.

Unfortunately, we were totally disappointed and will not recommend them.The Wiener Schnitzel was made from pork instead of veal and the “fried potato salad” was a potato salad with mayonnaise from a bucket. For 25€ a disgrace. Not to mention the drink prices. We wanted to eat something special, but that was a failure. Of the 10 meals we ordered, most were ready meals.
