As a visitor, I only hear good things.But the photo you see is only of the TV on top. There was also dust on the bed. That's why I deducted two stars.Station 3The patient is not yet allowed to shower because of an operation. That's why I can't understand why there's a lot of hair and lint in the corner of the shower. That should not happen. Hygiene is really important.The photo is from November 4th. But 11/15 sawit looks exactly like that. Shower cubicle unfortunately no improvement.Shower cubicle way too high in the room. Keep an eye on the housekeeper. She puts out bait so that the thumbs and gentlemen who clean get in trouble.P.S. Why isn't it published?I did read the response from the clinic. Sorry, what you are saying is ridiculous.That in the photo is my right index finger.I won't write here what they claim.And not what she claims.It may be that you cannot tolerate the truth.

I was there for 3 weeks and thought it was really good. Great food 👍 actually nothing to get up for, only one thing was that there was only a washing machine.The sights are very beautiful, you can go for a lot of walks and find peace. THANKS

My 3 week rehab was relaxing and pleasant.EVERYONE really EVERYONE in this house is always super nice, friendly, polite, helpful, etc.Anyone who doesn't think they're being treated "well" has been powdered with a staple bag.

12.23The applications were great! All the employees there: doctors, therapists and also those in service were all nice and tried very hard. Even applications that you don't like so much, you just have to chat with people and the plan will be changed. This is really about patient recovery. Humanity is still very important here.MANGO is the washing machine. You have to register here quickly. There are only 2 appointments per day. But no problem if you know that.Unfortunately, the lounges fell due to Corona. You can sit in the lobby and also borrow games.About the location: the thermal spa with sauna is about 10 minutes away on foot and it doesn't cost anything for spa guests.The small city center with numerous cafes can be reached in about 3 minutes on foot.A city tour is offered weekly on Sundays for 2 euros.I was super satisfied :))

Here I describe my stay at the Kurparkklinik in Heilbad Heiligenstadt. The clinic is located in the city directly at the spa park. The clinic has a hotel-like character. What impressed me during my 4-week stay was the very competent and always friendly staff. In the kitchen we still cook (very tasty 😋), the selection at the buffet is great and even my vegan lifestyle was fully taken into account (THANK YOU VERY MUCH FOR THAT). The application was varied and very informative, which is thanks to the very well-trained staff. All of my questions were answered to my complete satisfaction and I had many.And as if all that wasn't enough, the rehabilitants can use the Vitalpark (thermal spa with sauna) completely free of charge.I had a really good time here, which really helped me improve my health. I was here for rehab from October 25th to November 14th, 2023 after TKA surgery and can only warmly recommend the clinic. I was cared for by a great doctor who also listened to you. The therapists were great, the service staff in the dining room were very nice, friendly and helpful, the nursing staff were also very nice and the rooms were clean and comfortable, even with a balcony. The food was excellent. The only negative point: the panoramic elevator, which was constantly broken down. All in all: I would do a rehab here again at any time.

I can't complain at all, quite the opposite!The 3 weeks in this clinic did me a lot of good not only physically, but also mentally. I had 5-6 treatments a day, and the rest of the time I didn't have to worry about anything and could just relax.The rooms are clean, the food is delicious and the doctors, therapists and staff are all professionally competent and very nice! What more could you want?It is a REHA clinic, not a luxury resort where your every wish is met.Success or failure depends to a large extent on yourself. You have to “want” it yourself and put in the effort, otherwise the therapists can try so hard.By the way, the location was also important for me when choosing the REHA clinic. Because it's not somewhere "in the countryside" or remote on the outskirts, but in the middle of Heiligenstadt, just a few minutes' walk from shops and cafés. If, like me, you have had shoulder surgery, you can take a stroll or just go for a walk between treatments.I would come here again at any time!

I imagined a treatment for my father differently, but this should also be pain therapy. My father was drugged with even more painkillers and oxycodone, which of course did a wonderful job for a patient with heart failure and a catheter for 3 weeks. In the end he was told that he was incapable of rehabilitation and why he wasn't driven home. End of the song, the funeral was the day.Rehab is only useful if you are healthy and need a vacation on kk.

The rooms are nice and clean. That was it too. The rehab did more harm than good. You have to focus more on the individual patient. During the visit there was only movement. Severe bronchitis does not occur. How can it be that the legs are burned from the two-cell bathroom. Something like that shouldn't happen.

A nice clinic with professional, very nice staff. Great organization, delicious food with lots of variety, a beautiful spa park, good clean rooms, accessible for disabled people. The applications are very versatile thanks to great therapists. Healthy water is free. I will gladly come again. The area is easy to explore. The old town is clean with cafes, cute shops and interesting history right on the doorstep of the clinic. I say thank you for everything.

The Prof, Dr, Dr, Buhmann belongs in a nursing home as the patient is assessed is a catastrophe and I advise no one to allow themselves to be humiliated by this man. I've turned on the television and I'm going to tell you everything about how Mr. Boogeyman examined me, it's a mess that the injury was supposed to have been caused by yourself in an accident. So I lost in court just because the expert lied.

My arrival was August 25th. 22. But I wasn't at all satisfied with the applications. A lot of things that the doctor said when I arrived were not done. The 3 weeks did nothing for me. The accommodation was good and the few therapists I had, but the rest wasn't good. 3 applications every day is far too little.

Great rehab facility 👌 You can't complain about the rooms and food, just great. All employees, from service to therapists, go out of their way to be personally friendly. In the end it's up to everyone what they do with it, but here are the opportunities to relax and recharge your batteries.Especially in the spa park, which offers many opportunities to exercise and relax.

Was with me as an accompanying person in the outpatient rehabilitation. Everything was very good, great therapists and the service staff were great too! The food was also tasty and sufficient (lunch). The only drawback is the relaxation room.

I was a guest in this rehabilitation facility from January 6th, 2021 - February 13th, 2021.As is so often the case, therapists pull out what others don't do so well.Starting with the admission interview, which was anything but constructive, to the rounds, which were just a wave and showed no real interest in the patient. The exception to this was the visit to the chief internal physician; here I had the feeling that I was being taken seriously as a patient.In my opinion, the food could clearly be improved, also because I know professionally that it could be better.The nice ladies from the cleaning definitely deserve a mention and of course some therapists.I have absolutely positive memories of the girls from Ergo, MBOR and Physio, thanks to you I'm feeling better, a big thank you again.Overall it was good there, I would come again if I could.
