Very rude, annoyed and rude on the phone. I have often experienced how the boss treats his employees - inhumane. Pizza tastes good, order carried out incorrectly. I won't eat there anymore, polite interaction is important to me.

We wanted to order pizza over the phone. When I asked if it would be delivered, I got the following answer: “Are you blonde?”I asked what that was about and if they could just give me an answer to my question, the reaction was the same - “Are you blonde?” Such questions only come from blonde women.”I'm pretty stunned by so much disrespect. A simple “No, we don’t deliver.” would have been enough of an answer for me. First and last time we tried to order there.

Warming up our vacation in May 2024 in Lusatia, we looked for a good restaurant and received a list with various entries at the reception of our hotel.So one evening we decided to go to Ristorante Sorrento and were given a very warm welcome. The ambience is rustic and conveys a sense of well-being.On our second visit we were again warmly welcomed and looked after by the staff. The dishes were again super tasty and were served hot. The arrangement of the dishes was also a real feast for the eyes.The waiting time for ordered food and drinks was absolutely reasonable. The price/performance ratio is really unbeatable.We felt very comfortable here. Conclusion: Highly recommended!!!

On Sunday, November 14th my father-in-law celebrated his 71st birthday there. Unfortunately, he was very disappointed with the evening overall. Starting with the starter soup, which according to the menu should have been vegetable soup with egg and spicy broth. This was not even served lukewarm and there could be no question of any spicy broth. For the main course, everyone ordered a la carte - my father-in-law chose beef steak with tagliatelle and porcini mushroom sauce - this dish was not served by the birthday child and host of all people!! Despite complaints, it didn't come at all - a flatbread with ham was served as a replacement much later. So he ate from his wife's plate, which had chosen beef strips with tagliatelle and porcini mushroom sauce - here too, the sauce was basically tasteless. The beef strips were indefinable whether they were grilled, fried or just boiled - because they were also unseasoned and gray. When asked about his mistake because of the missing main course, the group (there were at least 10 people who were really hungry and thirsty) wasn't even given a round of schnapps on the house. They seemed overwhelmed with meat dishes in general. For a bill of 335 euros, my father-in-law had expected much more!

I think the boss is super nice and the food is very tasty, BUT what's going on there isn't okay. There was a waitress (she was very young) who, first of all, spoke quite quietly when she came to the table and put the drinks on the table without pouring anything, which isn't that bad, but that's zero service, This is probably due to their age, but if you work in the catering industry you should be self-confident. But that wasn't the worst thing. If you wanted something to drink, she didn't come to the table for ages, she was just 70% busy with the computer AND she touched her face or nose the whole time and instead of washing her hands, she touched them straight away the food, Parma ham, rocket, cheese, etc. She didn't touch the bottom of the glasses, as is usual, but at the top at the edge where you can reach with your mouth, if you were lucky she touched her face first. DELICIOUS. Keep it up, I'm happy to pay admission for this spectacle. Otherwise the food would only be ready after more than an hour because the young lady forgot to put it in the kitchen. Great, I wanted to get involved with the service because she couldn't figure it out at all. But the food was great and only for that we get 2 stars, the other one around it was minus 5 stars. Thank you, there are already a few more people who don't come and order anymore. It's a shame that it's so run down, with this great wine cellar downstairs.
