We were guests here with our youth group from the sports association at the end of September with around 45 children and young people. Everything went smoothly in advance and I would like to thank you very much for your flexibility! We really felt very comfortable!Food was great! It was always refilled and everyone enjoyed it.Unfortunately we were a bit unlucky with the weather so we had to move some activities indoors. We were the only group in the house and were therefore able to use all the rooms. The lounges are very comfortable and the location is really nice.

It's okay, but there were many people and they kept on knocking at our door. There aren't any dinner options, there is just the dish of the day and you just kinda have to hope that you like exactly that dish. Breakfast was good with many options. The rooms were nice, but only the private rooms, the shared rooms were really uncomfortable and the beds were hard. It felt dirty. Location is awesome though, perfect if you wanna go skiing or snowboarding. Also, they have a big dog, really cute but you must consider that if you're scared of dogs or have allergies.

Mountain Hostel is simply world-class, I was lucky enough to be there for a week with my comrades. I can only say that it was fantastic. The owners are very friendly, reliable and accommodating. I can only recommend it, Staber Juch a.D.

Rooms were great for the price. The food is great. The location is a big minus if you want to go to Oberstdorf. There is an additional star for the dog (mammoth). Great price-performance ratio.

Overall, I had a satisfactory stay at this hostel. Delicious food deserves praise. With slightly larger beds and an expanded bus service, it could easily become a great place to stay.
