The meat and sausage products are of absolutely the best quality and taste really good and delicious. 5 stars for this! Absolutely. We are happy to have found such a great butcher. Tip top.What we don't like and is really annoying is that the sausage is cut including the skin and is so thin that often there are only snippets in the packaging and then you have to tear the skin off at home. I've never seen it done like that in a butcher's shop. This is very annoying and unsavory. Despite the request to cut the sausage a little thicker than it is usually cut, the result was not satisfactory. Unfortunately......... and then peel off the skin.There are 3 saleswomen who prepare the sausage packets neatly, beautifully packaged and appetizing; Then there are saleswomen who roll up all the packages with the sausage, which is cut far too thinly. ??? Why do you roll up the packets like a giant cigar....??? It's really annoying what you have left of the good sausage at home. :-(We're almost ready to stop buying anything there. Just because of the way of "packaging" because the quality and taste is really top notch. Let's see..........

On the afternoon of January 6th, 2024, we purchased four sausages from Hiesinger's sausage machine, which won't even last until the next day. The best before date cannot be seen from the outside or can only be seen with a magnifying glass. It's a shame ☹️

Very tasty sausages and very friendly employees - even with a big rush of customers the day before New Year's Eve. We tried white sausages, meatloaf and Lyoner, everything tasted extremely good. The vending machine in front of the shop, which is filled with various delicious ready-made meals and sausages, is also practical. The (finished) beef goulash in a glass was also very good.

When I was in Oberstdorf in June, I got white sausage here and it was very good. The Mertgerei still looks very authentic and rustic.

Very good range, very, very tasty sausages, it's nice that there is still such an inexpensive butcher that you should also support, clear recommendation - you can also eat delicacies in a small snack bar and at an affordable price

With great hunger and equally great expectations, my partner and I treated ourselves to a knuckle and spare ribs in the snack bar of this butcher shop on the way home. Since these were not the first spare ribs that I had eaten in my life, I have to say they were The worst I've ever had on my plate. Dusty dry... like it was cooked three weeks ago and hung well again. The knuckle was anything but juicy, etc. We were very disappointed and there won't be a second visit.

We have been coming here for years and can only confirm that the quality has not suffered. Sausage and meat are great and especially the food in the snack bar is very good. The price and performance are right here.

Just had a delicious schnitzel (freshly prepared) with potato salad in the snack bar...really highly recommended.We also get our fresh sausage there and goulash and Bolognese sauce in cans (homemade) and we highly recommend it.We would also like to say thank you to the friendly staff. Top
