We complained about the problems in apartment 29 and were told that no one had complained before. After a few days we noticed further defects. Then the accusation came that we had addressed this too late...The offer we had praised the apartment as being of high quality. In our opinion this is not the case. In fact, the apartment has only been partially renovated. The fitted kitchen is old and therefore worn out. When we opened cupboards we were met with a bad smell. The refrigerator apparently no longer cools properly. The device has been tampered with. A cable hangs freely in the interior on the rear wall. The back panel was drilled out and a plate was attached with screws, which apparently caused rust to form in the interior of the refrigerator. The contents of the kitchen cupboards consist of a hodgepodge of old kitchen utensils, some of which are no longer usable. The toaster, egg cooker and a pan were only replaced after repeated protests on our part. We found some of the cooking pots in the cupboards dirty. This and the coffee machine were subsequently cleaned after our complaint. In our opinion, wooden boards and wooden spoons are unsuitable for a holiday apartment for hygienic reasons. Overall, the kitchen had a certain disgust factor for us... Against this background, we come to the conclusion that the apartment is too expensive or that the price/performance ratio is not right. A price reduction was rejected. From our point of view, there is still a lot of room for improvement when it comes to customer service and customer friendliness and when dealing with customers... In our opinion, there is a lack of professionalism here.

The apartment we rented, number 29, has been renovated and is mostly modernly furnished.The beds in the bedroom were perfect and we were able to sleep well.The toilet lid in the toilet was loose when we moved in. I attached it myself.The shower faucet in the bathroom is probably installed incorrectly, causing hot and cold to be swapped. The seal on a shower door had partially come loose.In the living area, three speaker cables were disconnected/pulled from the hi-fi system. I repaired this so that I could use the system as desired. I didn't fix the wrong tuner connection (located on the CD). The tiled stove is just decoration.In the kitchen only the worktop and the ceramic hob were replaced. The country house style fronts show clear but acceptable signs of wear. Dishes and cutlery were clean.BUT: The pot of the coffee machine was significantly dirty and unusable. The egg cooker was also very dirty and its heating plate was indefinably crusty. The toaster was also very dirty. We didn't look at the mixer or juicer again after that. A number of cooking pots were crusty on the inside, the inner surfaces were damaged and we could not use them. The coating of the pans had small holes and we could no longer use them either. The stainless steel pots and their glass lids were unappetizingly smeared.There was a cable hanging loose in the fridge, I've never seen anything like it. Apparently the inner shell of the refrigerator was drilled out in order to be able to route this cable. The hole was closed with a small plate. A normal screw was used for this. This is obviously rusting and leads to a brown mark on the inner casing. This is despite the fact that a cable duct runs from an opening in the inner casing to the lamp and the controller. A skilled craftsman would probably not have installed this construction. In addition, the inside of the refrigerator was dirty and had not been cleaned.Some of the existing knives were blunt.These devices must have not been checked for a very long time.We also took photos of all the defects mentioned.We complained about everything and demanded perfect devices in exchange. Since the devices were supposedly still functional, all they had to do was replace a pan and clean the devices. The cleaner used the sponge and rags we had brought with us. The only device that was clean and usable afterwards was the thermos flask. Ultimately, we put the pots we wanted to use in the dishwasher ourselves and cleaned them hygienically. We skipped toast and eggs for breakfast because the egg cooker and toaster were still dirty. After about a week, a new toaster and egg cooker were provided. However, without an instruction manual. It was not clear to us whether the toaster had been burned in according to the manufacturer's instructions in order to eliminate the usual production residues.We also decided not to use the existing wooden cutting boards for hygiene reasons.Conclusion: Apartment No. 29 actually offers what would be desirable if it weren't for the partially unhygienic kitchen.The Blattner company always knows exactly what duties the guests have and also promotes this clearly. When carrying out one's own duties (hygiene, equipment, control), in particular compared to the guests, there is still a lot of room for improvement for the company.The apartment is advertised as being of high quality, but in our opinion this is not the case.Unfortunately, the apartment is not recommended in its current condition.

We've just moved in, but we're impressed with how clean the apartment is. As if we were the first guests. The lady at the transfer station was very nice and helpful.
