We go to Kühlungsborn every year and the holiday dreams 5.12 penthouse apartment has become my absolute favorite apartment alongside the apartment in the Jachhafen Residenz. You are woken up in the morning by Molli 😍 and have a fantastic view of the sea with your first coffee on the huge balcony with a beach chair! The apartment is very clean, well equipped and very well maintained. This year we are lucky enough to be able to vacation there for 10 days in November.The bed is a dream. I haven't slept so well in a long time. Kitchen is very modern and clean and well equipped. The bathroom is very large and nicely furnished. There is plenty of space there. The view of the marina from the large balcony is priceless. I can recommend this beautiful apartment to anyone. Lots of attention to detail! I'm happy every time we get this apartment.

The complex is located directly on the harbor and the promenade. We felt very comfortable in apartment 4.6 from the first moment. We had a fantastic holiday there. Our highlights were the evening beach cinema and Molly!! We will definitely come back.

The apartment is suitable for 6 people. There were three of us so we had plenty of space. The furniture is a bit old, but still nice and comfortable. This time we took an apartment on the 1st floor. Therefore the view of the marina was perfect. Everything you need is in the apartment. And there is also a storage room with everything you need. For one family there was even a buggy, an umbrella that we had forgotten and much more. Thumbs up, we already had apartments in the marina that had cleaning supplies in the closet. Another thing, the apartment is pleasantly warm even at temperatures around 0 degrees at night without having to turn up the heating.

The apartments in this complex all appear very well maintained and the complex is also conveniently located. Unfortunately, things are becoming more and more expensive here too. The booking price has increased to 20% from last year to this year.

Unfortunately the price/performance is no longer right. The prices for a holiday apartment are no longer normal.

I cannot recommend apartment 2.5 in the apartment complex. Everything is nicely done on the outside and you can easily get to the apartment from the elevator, which is also nice and big, but that's about it. We first had to remove dead flies from the walls, the dishes in the cupboard were dirty and had to be washed by us. There are 3 small Nubs in the bathroom, but there are 4 of us. Where to put the 4 hand towels and 4 bath towels? But they gave us a chair in the bathroom, very strange. No shelf, no shelf, nothing. The toilet is separate and has a window facing the arcade, which everyone can pass by. But the worst thing is the beds. Where do you get such hard mattresses? They don't give in at all and it's really painful for each of us to have to lie on them. The pillows are lumps of foam and there are only thin curtains, so no way to black out. WiFi is also not available, although that is claimed.

Great apartment with two bedrooms with a view of the Molli steam train that keeps passing by. There is constant sun on the beautifully furnished balcony, but it is directly on the street and cyclists passing by have a direct view of it. You have to like that. The apartment is on the first floor and can be reached via the stairs or the elevator. It is modernly furnished and the kitchen is well equipped. The complex includes an underground car park where there is also space for bicycles. The sauna is not in operation during Corona times. The entire complex is very well maintained and you can shorten the path to the beach via a rear garden door. The harbor, beach, bakery and the ocean can be reached quickly on foot.

Accommodation for the money, great! We are traveling with a child and it takes just under 8 minutes to get to the city center, great! The only deduction point is finding a house without a number 😂 and the underground car park is a bit strangely divided. Numbers are not consecutive, you just drive past them. We got a seat at the front but had to go through the entire underground car park to get to the lift. Each section has its own lift, but you should divide it that way! Every step makes you slim.
