We had apartment 10, which looks much brighter and larger in the pictures than in real life. The parking spaces are very narrow and limited. There is a lot of technology installed in the apartment, but a lot of it also comes without instructions. The skylight could not be opened, so the upper seating area could not be used due to the accumulated heat. The windows in the upstairs bedroom are also very small and didn't open properly, which is why it was stuffy in there. The seating on the small balconies could not be used because it was dirty and there were no cushions. The location is positive, very central. There is enough crockery and cutlery available. Everything was clean too. The apartment is recommended but not for the price.

We are in Kühlungsborn every year and this year we tried Villa Waldesruh because we really liked the location and the apartment from the pictures. And so it was a super nice apartment, very well equipped, great location. Very large, there is everything you need in the apartment. Now the BUT for which I would put a star but everyone likes it differently. The beds were far too hard for our taste and the pillows resembled balloons.Otherwise super nice apartment
