This is the best place to live. Christian is the best host, very helpful and accommodating. Always comply with requests. He is very open with the children. I really hope he will be okay now!

I was actually not satisfied with the cleanliness of the accommodation. The cleaning company probably seems to be overloaded.Too bad! That's why only 3 stars. The plus is actually the central location. It's only a few short minutes' walk to the beach and restaurants. Top!

At the end of our stay in the apartment "Käptn's Koje" we gave the landlord open, honest feedback:Dear Mr ***,We would like to give you some feedback about your stay in your apartment, which was rented out on FeWo-Direkt under the label “exclusive apartment”.Bathroom:- Three out of four sockets don't work- Three out of four hooks fell off the wall- The light in the mirror cabinet doesn't work- The clothes horse is rusty and the bars are missingKitchen:- All facilities are below average. Both the furniture and appliances (refrigerator and dishwasher) as well as cutlery and cookware.- A single kitchen towel as a hand and tea towel does not correspond to the laundry package we booked for four people/two weeks.Living/Sleeping:- Both sofas are worn out, dingy and damaged- There is no possibility to hang clothes in the bedroom outside the apartment. A chair would also be desirable.- The two Yukka palms no longer deserve space in a living room or bedroomTerrace:- The parasol hangs crookedly in its base or is improperly/not attached- As discussed, we replaced the defective chair with one from the garden shed.Lighting:- In addition to the lights mentioned in our personal conversation, other lights do not work/light bulbs are missing- The paper lamp in the living room is torn on one side and dirty on the otherCleaning and care:- When we moved into both apartments, the preparations were not completed- Only at our request were at least the floors cleaned- I had already sent you further pictures of the cleaning status when you moved in- Despite a long lead time (water damage), the beds were not made, towels etc. were not available- Even after the subsequent cleaning, there were (are) various cobwebs on the walls/beams/ceiling- The same applies to the excessive decoration throughout the apartment, which is inadequately maintained by the cleaning staff. We put the Advent wreath aside given the time of year. Finally: the Wi-Fi internet connection often failsIn recent years we have repeatedly booked very good, really exclusive apartments through FeWo-Direkt. Unfortunately, as you confirmed in our personal conversation, your apartment is not one of them.Unfortunately, I can't post the landlord's answer here because it violates Google guidelines. But as another tenant in the house said:"Mr. T*** is simply not a host, but an apartment broker focused on maximizing profits."

It was a very nice holiday apartment. Everything you need is there and less than 5 minutes from the beach.

Unfortunately very worn out. Old, thrown together furnishings and kitchen utensils that should be replaced... All the seating furniture in the communal garden is full of bird poop... You didn't know beforehand which apartment you would get. The only thing that's great is the location. (Fewo Sandburg)

We rented the “Deichgraf” apartment for 8 days in the high season. The first impression was very good, nice large rooms. However, we noticed more and more things that weren't nice at all. We noticed a "musty" smell every now and then, especially in the living room. We had the windows open all day, there was no other way. There is a lot of decoration lying around, especially artificial flowers that are collecting dust. The apartment cannot be darkened, no blinds. We always had the curtains closed in the bathroom, otherwise we felt like we were being watched. We had to wash everything in the kitchen before using it...clean out the fridge...it's a shame how some tenants leave everything behind. The refrigerator doesn't seem to be working properly either; we sometimes had the feeling that it wasn't cooling. It's very noisy, there was a family with children above us who were running through the apartment very recklessly from 6 a.m. onwards. The entrance and the parking lot are also a bit of a disaster; when it rains you bring all the dirt in with you. The path is uneven and uncomfortable for the kids in the car. Conclusion: We would not rent the apartment or any other apartment in the country house again, especially not for the price. What worried us most was the smell of the premises. We wouldn't use the agency again, we had to pay a deposit, which we had never heard of before. We also had to ask for a refund dozens of times, and it came after 6 weeks.
