I was alone in Pension Lotte because I accompanied my partner to rehab. I can recommend this guesthouse without a guilty conscience. If you want to find more than a bed, TV and a small breakfast here, you'll have to look for something else. The guesthouse exudes a certain charm due to the type of house and also because of the nice “hostel mother”From here you can quickly reach the beach promenade. A shop can also be reached in five minutes.I didn't miss anything and I'll definitely be happy to come back next year

Kühlungsborn is very nice and we would love to come back here, but no longer to Pension Lotte. For me there is no relationship between price and performance. Our room was "conditionally" clean, apart from cobwebs and stains on the carpeting.Breakfast was the same every day, except once in 7 days when there was scrambled eggs, otherwise little fruit/vegetables, i.e. melon cubes and whole tomatoes, that was it.There are also no smoke detectors in the rooms. The room was cold in the evening because you couldn't turn up the heating and the windows (single glazing) were leaky and old. Maybe you should invest something.Outside the environment is unkempt, planters with dried plants, the 4 tables in front of the guesthouse dirty (weren't even cleaned during our stay).

The location is great 100m to the beach what more. We probably got the worst room in this guesthouse (1st floor). If you are renovating a room, you should not see a wave pattern at the edges of the ceiling.Regarding cleanliness, order and safety. When we checked our room we noticed the cobwebs hanging from the ceiling. The rooms were cleaned on request but only 3/4 of the time. For safety, there was a light outside in the front garden. The lighting in the entrance area was not there or was out of function. There was also no smoke detector in the room, even though it was mandatory. On Friday we wanted to go to the small fish restaurant but there was no room for us due to overcrowding.Perhaps holiday guests should be informed that advance reservations should be made, especially on Fridays. Finally, I could turn on the stairwell lighting. Unfortunately I didn't find a switch on the first floorP.S. The breakfast was plentiful but had the character of a discounter for me.

We were in the guesthouse for the second time and were very excited. It was a spontaneous request and we were quickly sent an arrival time and offer. This time we stayed in a holiday apartment with a roof terrace. We enjoyed the sunrises and sunsets with a cup of coffee on the terrace. The landlady, as on the first visit, was funny, in a good mood and there for her guests with heart. I can only recommend asking spontaneously whether a room is available. Thank you for the wonderful time, Ms. Kirsch

Great gastro in the basement. Small menu, the food is absolutely top notch. The prices are very reasonable. Very friendly service. Many greetings from the Liebergesell family and Happe. Please keep it up.

There is nothing to complain about. It is quiet. The rooms are cozy, clean and completely sufficient. The location is brilliant. The breakfast is great, as is the small fish restaurant in the rustic cellar. The landlady is very friendly and we would love to come back.

The building is getting old. However, since it is a listed building, renovation cannot be carried out without funding for the operators. Nevertheless, nicely furnished rooms, good value for money. Good breakfast, the small restaurant also offers dinner from Monday to Friday. The operators are very nice people.

We were here for the first time. Spacious rooms, good breakfast and an exceptionally friendly landlady. Despite the old building, we didn't hear any noises from other guests. That's rare! The location to the beach is perfect. We felt very comfortable and would love to come back.

Nice hotel with dinner every now and then, not far from the beach and an interesting view of the train station.
