We are disappointed with this hotel. The rooms are clean, but a bit old. The breakfast buffet was excellent, there was nothing missing! Just like the view, very beautiful! The furnishings in the breakfast room are rather dingy, a worn carpet littered with stains, which is a shame and it depresses the whole ambience a bit.The check-in was more shocking: the staff was completely overwhelmed. The trainee was left alone and not accompanied. (Employee stood next to it and let it "swim"). It's not the learner's fault, it's the accompanying person's fault who was obviously not motivated to help with check-in. The result was ultimately incorrect data and complete chaos. The handling at the reception leaves nothing to be desired.

For us, the Morada Strandhotel is still one of the best hotels in town. The direct beach location alone makes it something special. You could describe it as solidly luxurious. Maybe you'll notice at one point or another that the house has been around for a few years now, but maybe that's what gives it its special appeal. The reception is extremely friendly. The rooms are still in pretty good shape. There is no lack of equipment, there is enough space, including for a desk, table and armchair. In addition, all rooms seem to have a small balcony. There is also enough space in the bathroom.Bathrobes and slippers are included in the room rate. Also free use of the sauna and swimming pool. However, there has been a decline in quality over the last few years. Apart from the fact that the water in the swimming pool could generally be warmer, all the bubble loungers and whirlpools were switched off an hour and a half before closing time, there were no more towels for the sauna area, saunas remained closed and no one was refilling drinks there at that time. Not a nice development. The panoramic restaurant with sea views, however, is wonderful. And the long breakfast times (until 11.30 a.m.) are also very pleasant. However, it would be nice if a few tables were set until the end.The in-house parking lot costs 10 euros and is still within reasonable limits for a Baltic Sea resort.

After departure and paying in cash for the entire stay, I was sent an invoice for €338. Although we were told upon departure and billing and cash payment that everything was balanced. Never again... …

Super lovely staff, very quiet hotel, great location - right on the beach. I particularly liked the panoramic view of the Baltic Sea from the restaurant and bar. The sauna and swimming pool are nice and everything was there at the breakfast buffet.

The hotel itself is getting old. The food is underground. This is supposedly a 4 star superior hotel, for dinner there was schnitzel with potatoes, chilis con carne, bread and similar absurdities. You don't notice the 4 stars during your visit, but you do notice it when you check the bill.I was there in late summer, it was quite warm outside at 27 degrees, unfortunately the dining room was not air-conditioned. If you looked at the ventilation you also knew that it had been a long time since it was last serviced and, above all, cleaned. The advertised rooms are quite small but at least they are clean.

We had a family reunion in this hotel, the first feeling when entering was pleasant, unfortunately we were ignored in every way at reception, how pathetic this staff was.My aunt and uncle had a room for a week, unfortunately on the side without a sea view for 400 euros per night half board... unimaginably expensive in October, the room was tiny and the bathroom unfashionable, simply disappointing. The worst thing happened at dinner upstairs in the restaurant, when 6 people had reservations, but no table was prepared. The staff speaks little/poor German. The buffet was in very poor condition, there were few guests so there was little choice. We hardly ate anything and had to pay a buffet price of 40 euros per person... this hotel should be deprived of its Linzens... the guests are financially excluded here and poor quality is offered.

Nice hotel near the beach, very nice wellness area, friendly clean rooms. But inedible dinner and poor service with half board. Major quality defects! |Many guests did not receive a booked dinner at all. …
