The location directly on the Havel is very nice. But that's where the positive ends.We registered with the landlord in writing via WhatsApp. The date was also confirmed. When we arrived no one was there. And all parking spaces are occupied.Tried to call countless times. No reaction. It wasn't until much later that the owner answered. He was traveling on a motorcycle. He tells someone to come and show us everything. This someone was a long-term camper who didn't really seem to know his way around. We then stood on a nice spot, but the actual spot wasn't for caravans/mobiles, as deep as we sank.Another couple came after us. They had also made reservations, but there was no more space...The highlight was the brown water that came out of the bathroom. You could also have gotten fresh water there. At the other fresh water extraction point there were nothing but large black flakes in the water. The other campers also saw the brown and flaky water. Those who came after us did the rest and since they had no more room anyway, they left because of the bad water. The representative has also seen the poor water quality. He then said that he had his own separate well.So we had to go to the net to get drinking water for the weekend. The owner only apologized on Sunday after repeated contact.Purchased drinking water was not paid for and there was no partial refund for so much trouble.A message on Friday from the owner about his disappearance and who we should contact would have defused a lot of things. According to the owner, the water quality was fine again on Sunday evening. Well, not with us. I'll try to attach photos. Photos show quality of drinking water in a white container for fetching water. Water sometimes got a little better for a short time after a long run, but then it got worse again.Service lousy to underground.

Unfortunately only 1 star because less is not possible. Access past the scrapyard. We had to pay 5 euros extra because we were there before 3 p.m. Check-in would only be possible from 3 p.m. All the parking spaces were empty. We then drove to the castle and were warmly welcomed there. Location is central and also on the water

Place itself was very good, a bit unkempt, 20 euros a day, although empty, we were only allowed to enter the place at 3 p.m. but had to vacate the place again by 11 a.m. the next day, so not even 24 hours, cold water for washing

I only saw the complex from the outside, cute but outdated wooden houses right on the Havel.

Ideal proximity to the Havel cycle path, beautiful tent meadow directly on the Havel. Unfortunately, the place's sanitary facilities were very outdated and the water didn't get hot. The shower (note only 1 in the women's sanitary area) was yellowed and the shower head was from GDR times. Dishes had to be cleaned in the hand sink. A campsite for 22 euros with this equipment is quite overpriced!

Worst room on my week-long bike trip to the Baltic Sea.The room had to be dusted and cobwebs removed when I arrived, even though I had already reserved it by phone 5 hours in advance. All of this could have happened in peace before my arrival, so that as a guest I don't notice that the room hasn't been rented out for a long time! And to charge 40 euros per night for a dusty room without its own shower and toilet is, in my opinion, not justified!

Berlin prices apply here, parking space is good. Electricity at a flat rate of 5 euros per day is overpriced.
