It seems rather run down, the ceiling only holds with screws, the fridge is leaking water, the shower has mold and mildew, not recommended.

Rooms are a disaster.Dust. Dirt.Bed linen was not washed.Beds worn out.Shower no pressure... Very unpleasant smell when you enter the guesthouse.

Very very dirty. Everything is very worn! This includes every bed linen in the house. I have rarely seen such dirty and NOT maintained accommodation!!!!!

Very run down, furnishings ok, but the whole thing is very dingy. The bed linen was so extremely old and full of pilling that it gave you the creeps. I also didn't want to use the bathroom, the mirror was blind, etc.The floor of the bathroom has a tripping hazard and a high peak - it's better to keep your shoes on. Luckily they don't offer breakfast, you don't want that!And taking so much money for that is really cheeky.

Well, this guesthouse is not recommended and is not exactly cheap. It's very dingy and everything is old. The kitchen is very dirty, the rooms are barely functioning. I think the towels are as old as the guesthouse. Who knows whether the bed linen will even be changed. So if you like something like that, you should stay there overnight

Very negative impressions!!!! 🤑🤑🤑😫😫Far from the center of Berlin.But the main negative is living conditions!The bathroom cannot withstand any criticism! Water runs on the floor from under the pallet, wet.Dirt. Apparently, some Albanian did the electricity! The light turns off every 5-10 minutes. The electric stove reacts to voltage drops.I do not recommend categorically!!!!

Quiet location, far from shops and restaurants and public transport, at least for pedestrians. Only partially suitable for disabled people. Rooms simply furnished but clean. Own wet room. TV in the room, free WiFi. Price-performance ratio is okay.

I visited this guesthouse in connection with a training course. The guesthouse is clean and tidy. Price-performance ratio fits! There is a kitchen where you can cook yourself, which I didn't use but I thought it was good. The rooms are simple, very noisy, but they were completely sufficient for my needs. The “construction people”, who apparently live there for a long time, were absolutely great! Provided plenty of variety in my exam stress :-)) the outdoor areas are beautifully laid out...ideal for relaxing.In short...I was really after them. Bad reviews surprised!But unfortunately my check out ruined everything!I went to my practical exam...came back and my room was cleared. I had already stowed most of it in the car before my exam. I was looking forward to my meal afterwards, which I had left in the room... it was all thrown away!My glasses and the rest of my things were downstairs in the common room. As long as I haven't handed in my key, I'm still there. That was a clear sign in my opinion. Sorry. Something like that just doesn't work!!! It's clear...as the keys of those who left...are placed on the table below. Mine wasn't there... I found it very ugly... otherwise 5 stars...

Since I have been attending further training in Berlin Buch for 4 days a month since May, I need accommodation. I'm very happy that I ended up here :-)! Very nice room in a pleasant location. The training lasts until December next year. I have my room for sure!!! The landlord is very nice, reliable and uncomplicated. There are many shops and restaurants here in town and you can be in the city in 5 minutes. I definitely recommend the guesthouse. Also for learning and further training,-)!
