We spent 3 nights at the Hotel Bethanien and the location is great. It's a stone's throw from the town center and you can also get to the sea very quickly. What we found particularly positive was the warm and appreciative atmosphere that is reflected everywhere in the hotel. The entire concept of the house impresses with its well-thought-out service and ideas such as the trustworthy bar, the loving children's play area, the glass water bottle that can be refilled with fresh, filtered water at any time, free of charge, or a luggage room to store your suitcases if you still have a little time to go Check-in has to wait. In general, you have the feeling that you are always being helped and that there are many offers for guests at the reception (for example to rent). The room was spacious and nothing was missing. We also really liked the organic breakfast buffet with freshly baked bread, various scrambled egg creations and everything you can imagine. We would always go to this hotel again and thank you for the great time and for the great work of the staff there.

It was our first time on Langeoog and we were absolutely impressed by both the island and “our” hotel.We felt very comfortable at the Hotel Bethanien. Our thanks go to the reception team (here represented by Ms. Lau), to the service team (here represented by Ms. Bach) and all the other hard-working hands!We have already booked for 2025 on site!

We had a very nice stay at the Hotel Bethanien. Overall we really enjoyed it and we will definitely come again.The hotel is in a top location.Room: our double room was very simple, but just right for the purpose. The bathroom is small, but sufficient for one person. From our point of view, price-performance was right. Room cleaning is rather superficial. E.g. There was a lot of dust in corners and under the bed.Hotel ambience: we found the rooms outside the room good and sometimes very good. There are some areas that are newly renovated and modernized. There is a small playroom for children, where the little ones like to hang out.Restaurant and food: we booked half board and didn't regret it. We enjoyed the food very much. But desserts weren't really our thing. We also found breakfast very good. There were fresh rolls and croissants and everything for breakfast every day.The ambience of the restaurant was also very nice.Staff: There were very friendly and helpful staff both in the restaurant and at the reception.

I rate the restaurant. We were there for the Friday evening barbecue buffet. Although everything was very good and cooked to perfection, I would like to highlight the spare ribs. I haven't eaten anything this delicious in ages. The service staff are very friendly and attentive.We'd love to come back.

The staff is always very friendly and accommodating. The food in the attached restaurant is simply delicious. The warm atmosphere that exists throughout the hotel is particularly impressive. The location of the hotel is ideal, which is perfectly complemented by the always excellent service and the clean and comfortable rooms. I've been there several times and always enjoy coming back. An all around perfect stay!

We were on Langeoog at the end of May to get married and stayed at the Hotel Bethanien. A few days also with some family members and witnesses. It was a completely worry-free package. We sorted out a lot of things in advance by email or telephone, but then we forgot the little things. But this wasn't a problem at all, every wish was fulfilled and everything was made possible. We then spontaneously extended the stay for a few more days, which wasn't a problem.Many thanks to all the hotel staff. They do a great job and are always very friendly and with heart. The breakfast is a dream and the half board in the evening leaves nothing to be desired.Your hotel made our wedding an unforgettable event.We will definitely come back. A big thank you to everyone.

We were warmly welcomed and invited to coffee and cake from the house. The rooms are clean and nicely decorated. The breakfast buffet is extremely rich, fresh and delicious. A few minutes walk away is the town center and the beautiful sandy beach. Almost around the corner is the island house and the swimming pool. All in all a great stay.

We stayed in the family room at Hotel Haus C for the second time in a row. The breakfast and the grill buffet are very tasty and great for children. The play area is also great for families 🙂We have already booked for next year.The only negative point is the damage in room C203. The light switch next to the door is no longer attached properly. The coat hooks on the wall are nice, but when you hang up jackets, the hooks turn and the jackets fall down. The door to the children's room is dragging and needs to be adjusted. Otherwise the rooms are clean and the beds are comfortable.We look forward to your visit next year.

We spent a wonderful retreat week at the Hotel Bethanien! The hotel was simply wonderful on all levels, charming, inviting and offered the ideal setting for our event. The staff are extremely warm, helpful and radiate a lot of calm that passes on to the guest. The ambience is beautifully bright, tasteful and you can retreat and feel comfortable in many corners. The Trust Bar is a great thing! The whole thing is crowned by incomparably creative cuisine - a paradisiacal breakfast buffet and a great evening buffet, where there is a thematic-creative line every evening, lovingly put together dishes, high-quality ingredients and you can taste that the passion is cooked here and also the service a lot of love is lived. A house that conquers your heart and gives you a home base! Thank you so much to everyone at the hotel for making you feel that way! We will be back!!!

We stayed at the Hotel Bethanien as half-board guests in June 2024. The staff is ultra friendly and helpful, both at registration and in the restaurant. Breakfast and dinner, both in buffet form, are very rich and varied. Please remember that we have a 3 star hotel here. There should actually be an extra star for the food. The rooms, we had a double room with a veranda in the main house, are very small and practically furnished. Small, 27 inch TV, desk with chair, closet and an additional chair, double bed, with very new mattresses, that's it. The bathroom takes a lot of getting used to, as the shower, sink and toilet are located on approx. 2 square meters. 20cm more width would be a big advantage here, but ok, everything is useful, functional but also in need of some renovation. The price-performance ratio is still absolutely given here on the island, which has become very expensive. We had a very relaxed, relaxing holiday to "wind down".It was nice with you, dear team from Hotel Bethanien, and we will be happy to come back. An all-round successful week's holiday for two francs on the North Sea. Thanks!
